They wouldn't refill my water through the drive through and did not offer pupcups but most importantly they had an attitude and acted so annoyed that I even asked. I come to this location EVERY WEEK and do water refills and they give my dog a pup cup with a great attitude! Always very nice and I appreciate their kindness. Definitely the best one of the locations I've been to!!!

Never had issues before until recent visits with aggressive attitude at the intercom when ordering only to have them make me repeat my order because they weren't listening or just refuse to take an order correctly. It shouldnt be this hard to take a drink order and then have the audacity to throw attitude back at the customer because your refusal to give customer service and be welcoming. Contacted corporate directly; hopefully they move or fire people and hopefully others contact corporate as well because it doesn't seem the owner is doing much to keep customers.
