I went with her last time and I saw they have no sugar options. So I might love it now too. My daughter is also now excited bc she found out about the bogoš
- DMDalton MartinApr 18, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at HTeaO. We went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes before closing and were refused service for a gallon of tea. The employee told us they couldnāt sell it because they would have to make another gallon to replace it. That explanation didnāt make much senseāselling products is the whole point of being open, especially during posted business hours. When we asked where this policy was stated, we were told itās not listed anywhere on the menu. The employee was dismissive and came across as unwilling to help rather than trying to find a solution. Customer service should still matter right up until closing time. If this is an actual policy, it should be clearly communicated. If not, management may want to take a closer look at how closing shifts are being handled, because this experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, we wonāt be returning. A business should expect better from its staff, especially when it comes to basic customer service.

You can earn points and get discounts. This is the perfect place to stock up on freshly made delicious tea. You can even test out any or all of their flavors. My favorite is Georgia Peach š š š. It's a long drive for us but worth it. Maybe someday soon they will have a store in Edmond š¤.
