I went with her last time and I saw they have no sugar options. So I might love it now too. My daughter is also now excited bc she found out about the bogo😅
- DMDalton MartinApr 18, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at HTeaO. We went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes before closing and were refused service for a gallon of tea. The employee told us they couldn’t sell it because they would have to make another gallon to replace it. That explanation didn’t make much sense—selling products is the whole point of being open, especially during posted business hours. When we asked where this policy was stated, we were told it’s not listed anywhere on the menu. The employee was dismissive and came across as unwilling to help rather than trying to find a solution. Customer service should still matter right up until closing time. If this is an actual policy, it should be clearly communicated. If not, management may want to take a closer look at how closing shifts are being handled, because this experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, we won’t be returning. A business should expect better from its staff, especially when it comes to basic customer service.
