- HSHeather SpencerApr 26, 20262.0Me and my son just went to the location on western & 119th for the first time and whom ever was taking orders at the speaker was extremely rude.. mind you it was the first time, we didn’t know what we wanted, instead of asking us he rudely to go back around so he could take the next person’s order and when I did order he was rude and short with his reply and at the window he took my money and said move to the cone someone will bring your order out..

I understand it’s a teashop and the drinks are sugary so spills make the floor sticky. But my most recent visit here the stickiness of the floor literally almost pulled my shoe off and I could see for a child or an elderly person this being a trip hazard for them.
