  Awesome first experience inside an HTeaO ! Always been via drive through but wow so glad I stopped in! Super friendly staff. Love that I could sample flavors as well before buying. Overall 10 star experience love ❤️ Thanks

  When I came to here a few weeks back I was needing to fulfill over a dozen different drink orders for a workplace event, and was so, so grateful to have the help of not only the friendliest manager, but also have the kindest staff member assist me in their happy hour special. I forget their names, but the consideration and efficiency of these two women made my day as they served wonderful teas.

  I’ve been coming here for a month straight and every single time I have enjoyed the staff as well as the speed of service and excellent quality of teas that they offer. As a runner, the excellent tease that they have helped fuel my runs and they are not too sweet and I love that they give a variety of options as well. I always brag about this location and let others know about the happy hour and the app I will continue to come here for as long as they keep doing the excellent work that they do. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

  The tea is the only thing that’s good bc the kids don’t make it in the store. I’ve gotten matcha twice and it’s been made wrong and disgusting both times. I typically enjoy matcha at other places. (Edit: the director of operations was very responsive and got this taken care of already based on their survey I filled out this morning on the app)
