I’ve not had a good experience the 3 times I’ve been. Everything bagel seasoning all over chocolate bagels, forgetting to take things off that are requested, card reader is down so often it feels spiteful, can’t remember what you ordered when you get to the window, dopey customer service. Go to Old School Bagel instead. Idk what’s going on at this store but it’s a very bad look.

Yeah no thanks! Ordered breakfast here from Uber. Where do I start the cream cheese smells and tasted liked it was curdled. My cinnamon raisin bagel tasted like onion! Only took one bite and threw it all away. Cross contamination is dangerous in the restaurant field!! Glad I am not allergic to onions. The iced vanilla coffee was so strong I choked when I took a drink. No creamer no vanilla just ice and coffee. Nasty! After spending 40+ dollars for breakfast for two people I'll pass! Was really excited for this place to open my sister has one close to her in texas and has bragged about it for years. We wont be back!!

😌 Labor day poor customer service. I understand that they are closing early for the holiday, but it's no excuse to be out of everything and claiming cash only when we live in a increasingly digital currency world. It's like certain employees are discouraging customers not to order because they are ready to leave and go home. This the second time this has happened to me, when I really like the menu items they have available. At first they claim they couldn't take a card and then when I produce the cash all of a sudden, they don't have enough cash to change, so now then took my card for payment, when they seen that I still wanted to order. Look stop playing with grown folks who have busy lives and know how to respect others. This new workforce now doesn't want to do the work nowadays, they're too, laxadaisical. If it's true that there was a shortage on supply then the management needs to make sure they're ordering supplies. I'm not pleased paying all that money for what little I got and settling for something other than what I normally order because they are too lazy to finish out the shift providing good customer service. I really want a refund. I should've passed on the order an went to the competition instead. Somebody needs to have a team meeting with this location before they run off their local customers. Learn to smile and talk to customers with a positive attitude would be helpful. The only thing I can say is the young man that I believe to be biracial that came to the window to take the payment was very respectful and understanding. He should be the supervisor if you ask me, and I'm not contradicting myself, I did state that certain employees are discouraging. We will be praying over these meals and drinks, never know if the hands that prepared it got pissed off and licked the bagels 🥯

Was ecstatic to have an Einstein in the area. This place is gross and disappointing. Have the prople working here taken classes on food safety? They have food scraps on the floor, and clean metal food bins on the floor next to the dropped food AND employees are walking around in their shoes. The vegetables are clearly sliced by people who don’t eat or like vegetables. The tomatoes are unevenly cut: thick in areas, paper thin, and then thick again- sliding all over the sandwich. The onions look like they’re going into a stew pot. A disappointing situation. Ive been 3x, since opening week. Each time, the same nasty food mess. And don’t get me started on their fake whipped cream cheese that saves corporate $.10. It’s entirely disappointing on a New York style bagel because it’s like 70% air. It’s the worst cream cheese. Stop at Walmart on your way back from Einstein’s to get you some real cream cheese from Walmart lol. I understand that half of what I’m complaining about might be corporate dictates but either way this is a heritage bagel shop and as a person who has spent substantial amount of time in New York City, this isn’t even this isn’t even on the board. If I was the owner of this Einstein bagel, I would be livid. Management needs help; the trainees need help ( a living wage?!);in the corporate policies need to revisit the cream cheese situation.
