  Here’s a polished version you can post as a review: I visited this location for the first time and the experience was amazing! Cam was very nice and patient and helped me decide on the perfect breakfast sandwich. You’ve definitely gained a long-term customer. Customer service goes a long way, and today was by far the best I’ve received in a long time. Thank you to Cam and the team — see you guys soon!

  Cam is an amazing manager! The whole team greated us warmly. They gave my child a treat for his birthday! They were very inviting and the food was made quickly and accurately. The environment was very positive and the whole team was upbeat!

  This is hands down, by far the best Einstein Bros location we have ever been to. We have been longtime Einstein Bros patrons and never had the level of service or food quality that we received from this store. We just relocated to the area and will definitely be stopping here multiple times a week now. Thank you so much to the crew at 4848 N May for being exceptional and making breakfast tremendous!!

  bagels are tasty but staff wouldnt know how to toast a bagel if their business depended on it. so then i ask for 'extra toasted please' and they simply dont toast the bagel. every. single. time.

  Outstandingly good lox with cream cheese, extra capers, extra onions, all on a green chile bagel Really top rate customer service Extremely clean and well appointed dining area Will return again and again!
