    Customer service is hit and miss. Mobile ordering isn’t their strongest suit, any time ordering ahead, your order isn’t made until you show up. Very disappointing, which Starbucks is really good on mobile orders and on point. Won’t be back again.

    The coffee and food is great but if I’m ordering ahead, it’s for a reason, every single time I go to this specific location, my order is never ready, even if I order 30 minutes prior. Other than that, everyone is very nice, great customer service.

    Terrible experience at the drive-thru on a Sunday afternoon. While waiting at the window, I witnessed a ginger employee arguing with a coworker and using completely unacceptable vulgar language in plain hearing of customers. Same worker also spoke with attitude towards me. Ultimately it was unprofessional, hostile, and unacceptable.
