- SWSydney Ware1 day ago1.0Sad to have to write this because I love dutch bros .I had the white chocolate lavender coffee with an extra espresso shot, pretty simple. By the time I got to work and actually drank my coffee I realized it was basically water with a little coffee in it. No flavor or espresso shots like i asked for. I drive for work so I was pretty bummed and super tired. I wasted my time and money this morning and now I have to get another coffee elsewhere
- MMMistyJul 2, 20264.0So, here’s the thing: This is my preferred location, the staff is great, and I am absolutely a sucker for Strawberry boba. BUT when your drink shows up missing said boba… there is no easy solution. Dislike! I can’t just hand it back for a quick fix — nope, rules say that’s a no-go. Refund? Sure, if I want to hold up a packed line and look like a jerk over a $1 add‑in. DB’s solution: “We can give it to you in a cup so you can pour it in yourself!” Haha… absolutely not. That is a disaster waiting to happen and I know myself well enough to say no. My suggestion: load $1 onto my rewards for next time, or give me a little scan card. Mistakes happen! But today, DB got my $1 and I got zero boba. Sad day. Adult disappointment is real. Don’t worry, I’ll be back — but next time I’m checking for boba BEFORE that drink leaves the window.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
