Very helpful!! I have a broke foot and getting in and out of the store is very difficult since I cannot put any weight on it. Staff was so helpful and understanding. I went to All American before coming here and they denied the ability to help bring my food to my truck. I had to cancel my order. I should have known to choose Domino's anyway. Thank you for being so wonderful to Disabled Veterans ❤️ with a recent broken foot.

Do people really eat this pizza? This pizza makes me so sick everytime I eat it so I'll eat the cardboard instead. Pretty much the same thing, just with a little less cheese.

Joshua is a perfect example of how one employee can completely ruin a customer experience. Tonight's pizzas showed up flatter than paper with virtually no rise in the dough. What's interesting is that I had the exact same issue about two weeks ago on a completely different order with different toppings. The difference? I never even called to complain about that order. For the record, the order from two weeks ago was through DoorDash. Tonight's order was placed directly through the Domino's app. When I first called, I spoke with a female employee who was polite and professional. I was calm, respectful, and simply explaining the issue with the order. She then placed me on hold and transferred me to Joshua. That's when the entire conversation changed. What stood out wasn't even the pizza—it was Joshua's attitude. I remembered him immediately from a previous order a couple months ago when we ordered light cheese and received what looked like a normal amount. Instead of trying to help, he acted like the issue was somehow our fault and responded with unnecessary attitude. Tonight was more of the same. At one point, I told him he was coming across as cocky because instead of listening to what I was actually saying, he seemed more focused on proving he already knew the situation. He was convinced I was the customer who called and complained two weeks ago. I wasn't. He was so busy trying to be right that he never stopped to realize he was talking to the wrong person. To be clear, I didn't start matching his energy until after he started being rude and dismissive. I called to resolve an issue, not argue with someone. The only reason the conversation became heated was because of the attitude I was met with after being transferred to him. Customer service isn't about acting like the smartest person in the room. It's about listening, staying professional, and treating people with respect. Unfortunately, Joshua seemed more interested in winning an argument than helping a customer. The refund isn't even the issue. Bad pizzas can happen. What customers remember is how they're treated when something goes wrong, and that's where this experience completely fell apart. Hopefully management takes a look at how customer concerns are being handled, because no customer should have to deal with that level of arrogance and unprofessionalism when they're simply trying to resolve a problem.
