  Today started out rough at Dave’s and Buster, but Alberto the manager made it all better. They were short staffed, but he came through like a super hero. He’s a manager looking out for his staff, but most importantly his customer. He wore many hats today, manager, server, and cook. This is difficult to do and not lose your coo, and when I say he kept it together he kept it TOGETHER. For that I thank him. He also has a new new bartender that he had to guide as well. She did an amazing job with serving the customers and learning her hob as well. Service was slow dude to the short staffed issue and training, but they handled it well. Any other place would have lost it (including myself 🤣). Alberto, keep up the good job, keep training your staff the way you have, keep looking out for your staff and customers. From Kaya (the red headed black girl) I wasn’t asked to do a review but I had to because of the amazing manager and staff along his side

  We come to Dave and busters because in Dallas it’s a great place with great service and a fun time. The last three times we’ve came to this location they’ve forgotten my daughter’s food entirely. It took an hour today to get waited on, 15 more minutes for drinks, and those drinks have never gotten refilled in the hour we’ve been here. I’m just sitting here with absolutely no food (I have mine to my daughter bc she has nothing to eat or drink), the waitress has walked by us repeatedly with empty drinks. The manager is here and rude as hell and doing nothing to help. I hope she enjoys her zero tip. She should be fired, she is the one with the braids and the worst waitress around. She has absolutely no need to be so rude to her customers who pay her bills. I waitressed, bartended and managed a bar and never treated a patron like this. This isn’t a one off. Every experience is absolutely terrible.

  BOTH MANAGERS ROCKED! Scarlet the bartender was shy at first but didn’t stay that way long! I ordered many food items for myself,son and friends. Not ONE single complaint and that’s me being as picky as I possibly could just to find something to correct as a joke and joke only. Every food item was fresh,hot,filling. Not a single person could even dare to add dessert, despite how many yummy options was available! Beer was super cold,mixed drinks was delicious but could actually taste the alcohol. Fish and chips,boneless wings,blackened chicken Alfredo pasta and the Philly cheesesteak, was all amazing! SO MUCH FLAVOR TO IT ALL!

  Very disappointed with our visit to Dave & Buster’s. My grandkids and I were left standing at the front for quite a while, and no one acknowledged us or offered to help. We felt completely ignored. Customer service should start the moment guests walk through the door. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel unwelcome, and it put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun outing with my grandkids. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests receive better service.

  This place is a joke. Service non existent. Ice tea is water with a hint of color no flavor in a dirty cup. Then the menu haha new menu looks great in picture then it ends. Chicken sandwich with brown chopped lettuce slimy onion and the bun sat under the heat lamp so long that it became a petrified plate ornament. No sauce. No hopes and dreams of eating a thing on the plate without illness or broken teeth. Server stopped by two times with nobody here haha cannot get anything needed let alone anything safe to eat or drink. I hope the games are fun I wouldn’t know I had to leave upset from the restaurant side before trying. This place is a literal joke and needs to be closed down at least health code wise. Service is apparently a lost art now I know why I pay high dollar prices at actual restaurants because at least I don’t have to stop at whataburger on the way home to make up for the disappointment and hunger from not eating this place.
