  Crow is absolutely amazing! He is always willing to help any time a game decides it no longer wants to work! He absolutely loves his job and you can tell because his customer service attitude is phenomenal! We would not come back if Crow was not here! Scarlett is an absolutely wonderful bartender and she makes the experience a 10/10! She is always smiling and always willing to get drinks as soon as possible! These two individuals absolutely make the experience amazing every single time!

  Crow is 10/10. Always on top of getting the games back on when there’s an error. And then there’s scarlette. She’s the best bartender! Always attentive and on top of her stuff! We come back monthly. Love this place!

  I came here for a friend's birthday party, which I had a blast. But there were a few things that kinda threw me off. First, we went to the host stand to get seated, which took up to 30 mins. I understand that it may be short staffed or to be on a wait list, but there was just no host at all. Then we got All Day passes for the arcade, which was really fun to go around and play, but what we didn't know was there was a ticket limit on how many tickets you can earn with the All Day passes. I'm not too sure if that information was provided when we brought the tickets, if so then that is my fault, but it was surprising that we would buy passes that only allowed you to earn 1,500 tickets. And then came to our dining experience. It took a while to order, which I'm not so fussed about since there was a party of about 50 next to us, so it was understandable that they were a little behind. But what I don't understand is why we asked for another round of soda, that our waitress was rude. I kindly asked if we could get some more drinks and all I got was a, "What was it?" in an attitude. I thought that she asked what I just asked, so I asked her the same question to get a really rude answer of, "No, What drinks are those." After that, we didn't see our waitress for about 15 minutes, and when she got back to us, she didn't even say anything. Now I understand that servers can feel overwhelmed in a loud and packed environment like this, but you shouldn't take it out on the other customers. Other than those things, everything was okay. The food was good and we did have a good time playing at the arcade.

  I came here to play some arcade games in the midway with my family after we ate dinner elsewhere. I went to the Angry Birds coin pusher game with the intent to make all of the towers I could and knock them all down, as you do, but amidst the game building my tower it suddenly stopped and began throwing an error message. I went over to win to report the error, the lady spoke into a walker talkie and said I could go back to the game. By the time I returned to the game, there was a guy already opening it up and messing with the insides, presumably trying to fix what was wrong. Eventually he started moving the game beside it away, and informed me it would take a while for him to “figure out how to fix the game,” he then gave me some plays on the adjacent angry birds and disappeared behind the game trying to fix it. After some time I told him he should totally work in HVAC because what he was doing strongly reminded me of what I do, only I get paid more than twice as much as what he does. We talked some more and generally had a great conversation over the course of him fixing angry birds, and I also watched him very dutifully attend other fixes while fixing my game. He obviously works very hard, is incredibly friendly with everyone he talks to, and should definitely get paid more than he does! The only thing is he never introduced himself to me, I only caught his name was Crow by looking at his name tag. Very helpful and friendly guy though.

  We had a group of 60 and from the very beginning we knew we were going to have a great event. Initial contact to contract was about a day. The day of our event out hostess and host were very helpful and prepared to take care of us. I highly recommend the team building scavenger hunt. We were broke down into 6 different teams and each team had to go throughout the restaurant and gaming area to answer questions from the sheet provided. Food was great, hot and fresh with plenty of options.
