  All of the waitstaff seemed new and did not know how to put orders in. I was with a large party so I give some grace but service was slow and chaotic.

  The place is OK for the kid, but I hate it. They have the stupid claw machine ticket always rip off and the most of the time it’s not working. They always say the machine messed up part of machine still in order to fix! And if it machine works they set up the machine is very hard to collect the ring ticket of that ring machine!!! They sure tricked you to take your kids to get in to play ! But my kids like to place but most the time lose the money but don’t get the ring ticket.! what a rip off machine!! They tricked you two day of the week to play half off on Sunday and Thursday.! I hope they set up and fix the machine to work asap so the kid can play and I attract more people to get in play for their business .! I still take my kid to this game place because he said he like the place it’s just because they have more machine game to play! Otherwise no way Jose I will take my kid here to the suck old place!!

  This place is genuinely a joke now compared to what it used to be. Half the games feel rigged as hell and the payouts are TERRIBLE. Games I used to hit jackpots on all the time suddenly stop one space before it every single time and give you like 4 tickets instead. It’s not even fun anymore because you can tell the machines are made to drain money out of people now. And what happened to the arcade itself? There used to be claw machines everywhere, packed rows of games, actual energy, people crowding around machines winning tickets. Now the place feels weirdly empty and corporate while somehow costing 10x more. The prizes are ridiculous too. You spend $50+ and can barely get anything worth carrying out of the building. It honestly feels less like an arcade and more like a casino for kids. Really sad seeing a place that used to actually be fun turn into this money grab. Definitely won’t be back.

  Food was absolutely terrible took to long and came out cold, my server smelled like alcohol and couldn’t answer any questions I had relating to my loyalty points smelled like he had more drinks than he was serving. Silverware was tarnished table and floor was sticky over priced rip off

  I was there last weekend and had a great time, as usual when I go to D&B. I was playing on my favorite machine and it malfunctioned a few times BUT the attended CROW has very attentive with assuring the issue. CROW was very nice and listen to what my issue was with the game. Thank you CROW for enhancing the experience.
