  Always under staffed and I sort of feel bad for them, but the last few times I've been there they've been really slow and the last time I had to remind them about my blizzard. Good food and it's the only close one I've got. Just wish the service was better.

  Waited over 20 minutes for a simple 4 piece chicken strip basket. Just went back through the drive through for my refund. No questions asked no apology, pretty bad way to run a business in my opinion.

  Went through the drive through earlier, ordered a bacon cheeseburger. . . Absolutely awful. The meat was dry , hard , like it had been sitting for awhile. Would not recommend.

  Husband brought the order home, stuff was missing. I looked up the number and called Dairy Queen and it was like I called a cell phone voice mail. I left a message and we shall see if I get a call back.. Not the first time there was a mess up but this is the first time I’ve ever tried to call the store. They were very friendly when my husband was there. They usually are but, we’ve had a couple people not act like they don’t like their job.

  My Wife and I walked in and the dining room was so dirty that it smelled bad, the floor had spill stains all over it and was extremely sticky, there was also a trip hazard laying on the floor by the bathrooms, it was some type of metal brace. Also the service was super SLOW And we only ordered 3 blizzards to go. plus there were no other customers in the dining room.
