  I started going here since its by my office and have had 2 different instances where my order was incorrect. First time it was add ons (extra meat and guac). Today I didn't even get the rice and beans or the redeemed queso through the app. App only gave me back free queso but didn't send a new entree like the other one.

  After my 3rd interaction with a gentleman who said he is the manager, I decided to leave some feedback. He is the rudest, most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with in a restaurant and I've picked up orders from over 690 restaurants in the metro area. His disrespectful demeanor and inability to communicate professionally with individuals who visit this establishment is completely unacceptable. I would be ashamed if I owned this store.

  They have the absolute worse customer service. I went to pick an order up. And I went to look thru the bags to see where the name was for my order. Instead of the lady asking me nicely what’s the name on the other or even saying hey I can get it for you. She rudely came at me and said what’s the name I told her she says we don’t have that order basically trying to call me a lair. I show her my phone and the same bag I picked up and she took from me. She gave back to me with no apology not was it nice. I don’t know her name but who ever is over the online is very rude and needs to be retrained in customer care!!!!

  I recently had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. At checkout, a manager (who appeared to be training a new cashier) asked whether I wanted chips or any additional items. I explained that I had a couple of rewards to redeem through the Chipotle app. Instead of helping me understand the redemption process, he responded with an attitude that came across as dismissive and impatient. The cashier scanned my rewards QR code, and I completed my purchase. After paying, I asked if my reward items had been added to the bag. I was then told that I had not redeemed them and that I hadn't specified what items I wanted. This was confusing because I had already informed them that I was redeeming rewards, and no one asked me which specific reward items I intended to use. They had me attempt to redeem the rewards again. One reward for chips worked, but the reward for a side of sauce would not process correctly, despite the app displaying a valid reward and code. When I pointed this out, the manager simply stated that there was nothing he could do and told me to call Chipotle customer service. What bothered me most was not the technical issue with the app, but the way I was treated throughout the interaction. The manager's tone felt condescending and dismissive, and this is not the first time I have experienced this from him. In fact, this was my third negative interaction with the same individual, and it is one of the main reasons I have significantly reduced how often I visit this location. Customer service matters just as much as the food. Mistakes and technology issues happen, but customers should be treated with respect and professionalism when trying to resolve them.

  I ordered online and picked up my order as it was ready on time. Upon leaving, the bag broke loose from the bottom, spilling the order onto the floor. I went back to get a replacement since the bag had broken and was told to get to the back of the line during the lunch rush, defeating the purpose of online ordering. The store manager said I could get in the back of the line or wait. I said I would wait at the online order pick up area. After about 10 minutes of no real interaction from any of the staff, I asked about my order again since I was told I could wait at the online pickup for me order. I was told to go to the back of the lunch rush line that had grown since first being told to wait on my order. I asked for a refund and was told to go online to process the refund. Absolutely no give a care about their bag breaking or even trying to replace my order.
