  this has to be one of the worst places for food safety wise. This was my first time wanting to try chipotle me and my wife walk in first thing we see is the cook texting on his phone like nobody was watching him , with headphones on. The guy serving asked him for chicken the cook did not wash his hands , he put the gloves on with all the germs in his hands. The counter where they are serving the food was a full mess. Mind you the cook still was texting for at least 8 minutes straight. Food safety should be the priority in a restaurant but here it seems like it’s the last one. Not to mention the manager is in the counter and never said anything to fix the issue.

  If I could give this experience 0 stars I would - we went in on a Sunday at 8pm ordered our food on the app for the promo. We waited until our time to pick up and walked in because the employees were cleaning and putting things away. We asked what time they closed and the employee hastily said I’m not telling you that. “I’m not answering that question bruh.” We were just concerned we had come after closing - but noticed at least 15 pick up orders on the take out counter. the service was really disrespectful- the reaction to a simple question because we cared about coming too close to close as we work in the industry also. It felt condescending as my friend was gay. It was an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience..

  I ordered through door dash and the first issue was that it took like an hour for my food to be ready. They went through 3 dashers just waiting for it. And now that it FINALLY arrived and it's too salty to eat. My bowl has chicken, white rice, corn salsa, and fajita veg.... nothing that requires buckets of salt. It's literally inedible.

  Been a fan of this location for over 14 years and had been patient until today was my last straw. I get you are a busy location, this staff needs work on their customer service. Just got done with treatment across the street from the hospital to stop by and pick up an app order. Was ignored by 3 employees that walked to the BOH and just stared at me standing there. As I looked at the bag finally a gentleman addressed me condescendingly saying “We have to check the bags”. OK WELL THEN AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTESY TO HAVE HAD YOUR STAFF ACKNOWLEDGE customers, “We’ll be with you in just a moment.” Rather than have me stand there. This location needs corporate attention ASAP.

  This was the last shot im giving this place. Each time I have come here it has been the same disgusting, rude, and regrettable experience. The staff couldn't move slower if they tried and the absolute rude attitudes to boot are despicable and unnecessary. Additionally every surface in this restaurant has a noticeable layer or grime adding to the feelings of disgust comimg I here. I was hoping that by ordering to go that issue could be avoided, however trying to get a to-go order has all of its own headache. Mostly being that you're gonna wait a loooooong time while the staff seems to intentionally delay the process.
