  DIRTY!!! Rude and very empty for it to be this filthy! I’m so disgusted to dine in the restaurant! Please do something with your employees attitudes and have them clean the restaurant up. I was looking at the previous reviews before making this review and noticed a lot more people complaining about this restaurant being dirty. This restaurant deserves zero stars. Very disappointed.

  I want to say I just moved to Oklahoma from Louisiana and I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Nakeem had the nastiest attitude VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and over talked me the entire time. Kymonte was combative and also used profanity in front of customers. Harley was handling food with no gloves and sneezed and did not wash his hands. I asked for a refund and they refused to honor that and also refused to remake my food. I definitely put in a compliment with the Oklahoma health department. My lawyer was also contacted, and we're in the process of filing a civil suite. Jeffrey Hayden was the manager on duty and gave me the names of these down right, down low DISGUSTING people. I would like to see how this franchise will make this right. Very traumatizing experience for me.

  I’m giving this Chipotle five stars because even though the visit started off a little shaky, the customer service completely turned it around! I walked in and stood there for a while with nobody at the front, and the funny part is I was the ONLY person in line. 😂 So yes, I was definitely standing there thinking, “Well… is anybody working up here today?” After a little wait, someone finally came around, and thankfully the whole experience changed from there. They were very friendly, pleasant, and took the time to make my food exactly the way I wanted it without rushing me or acting bothered. Everything was prepared to my satisfaction, and that good attitude really made up for the wait in the beginning. I always say mistakes or delays can happen anywhere, but how you treat the customer afterward makes all the difference, and they handled it well. So while I wasn’t too happy about standing there waiting with an empty line and nobody at the counter, the service I received once someone came out was good enough to win me back. Five stars because great customer service can absolutely save the day — and in this case, it did! 🌯😂👏

  My wife & I have eaten @ this particular Chipotle for a long time & I have always had the barbacoa prepared exactly the same way with just the burrito, brown rice & meat. I never get any of the other toppings. Because of that, I have always asked for a little extra rice & meat & it has never been an issue. Until today!! When we got to checkout, I discovered that I was being charged an additional $6.00 for the small amount of extra Barbacoa & rice. I was never told that this was going to be the case, or I would have never agreed to it!! I should have been advised of the up charge so that I had an option of accepting or declining. Instead, we were ambushed & embarrassed @ the register in front of a line full of other customers!! This was not the way to treat a longtime patron or keep their business!!
