- MMMinty5 days ago2.0I came with my fiancé and we both got bowls with double carnitas. The guy serving us gave him a ton of meat. When they got to my bowl I got half the amount my fiancé did, for the SAME PRICE. I asked “hey didn’t you give him more than that?” He said “Oh yeah I’m just really bad with portions but yours is fine.” and wouldn’t give me any more! I can understand being bad with portions, but why make me pay the same price for half the amount of meat and refuse to give me anymore?? Could’ve just charged me for a normal bowl.
- DHDanielle HoldenJun 29, 20261.0This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I placed my order, I was told they were out of the protein I wanted. Instead of offering to make more or providing a reasonable solution, an employee told me I could either order something else or “move along.” I politely asked if they were cooking more, and when they said it would be a while, I responded that I didn’t mind waiting. The employee then told me to “move out of the way.” I asked to speak with a manager, and Rachel came out. She was kind, professional, apologized for the situation, and offered to make things right by inviting me to come back the next day for a complimentary meal. She was the only bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience. Unfortunately, while I was speaking with Rachel, the employee continued yelling and made the comment that “all us white people do is complain.” That statement was completely inappropriate and made me feel like I was being singled out because of my race. No customer should ever be spoken to that way or made to feel targeted because of the color of their skin. I appreciate Rachel’s professionalism, but one good employee cannot make up for the unacceptable behavior I experienced. I felt like Rachel should have spoken up to the behavior of the employees. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better customer service training so no one else has to go through what I did.
