- AAAmazon Account2 days ago1.0The dark long-haired guy behind the counter acts unbelievably hostile and bitter toward certain customers for absolutely no reason. He throws together burritos with this weird aggressive energy anytime he feels intimidated or insecure, and the entire interaction comes off passive-aggressive and miserable. Last time I went in, his attitude was so obnoxious and uncomfortable that I just walked out instead of ordering. If making burritos fills you with that much resentment toward other people, customer service clearly is not the profession for you.

She did not appear to follow proper hygiene practices, Her behavior was nasty and shocking, which made me uncomfortable consuming the meal. Additionally, while I was dining in, another staff member began spraying cleaning solution on a nearby table in close proximity to my food. Food safety and proper service practices are important, and this experience did not meet expected standards.
- DVDenisse VillalobosApr 19, 20261.0horrible! ordered to go and they poorly packaged my burrito. immediately crumbled apart when i picked it up. also the foil wasn’t fully covering the burrito and can lead to germs and safety issues. not to mention they put the protein on the first half of the burrito so the other half was just cold w sour cream lettuce and pico (which i did not add). they also forgot my chips, i ordered a large side of chips and guac. service was okay but wont be going there again, especially to go/delivery.
