An elderly woman fell so hard at the bathroom door. It was very loud and she hit her head very hard. My husband and I ran to her to help her. I stayed with her while my husband ran to get a chick fil an employee to call 911. She had a huge bump and could not get up. We helped her up. My husband told two employees, one being a manager named Matt, to call 911. He told Matt twice and how urgent it was to get her checked out. He ignored us and let her go home with her other elderly friend that hopefully took her to get checked out. He almost didn’t even help her get to her car until everyone around urged to help her to her car since she couldn’t barely walk. Very disappointed they didn’t just call 911 to make sure she was okay before leaving. Even after my husband ran over there telling them to help and call. Really should train your employees to do the right thing and call 911 to be safe.

every time i come here I’m reminded why i go out of my way to visit any other location. the food is not that high quality to put up with poor customer service. Starting out rude and expecting to be met with kindness is insane behavior.

Order was incorrect and barely had a fraction of the food and condiments we ordered. Had to wait 2 days for a partial refund. This is unacceptable. Why does your staff spend time reading the ticket to the customer at the window if they haven't actually verified anything? Making the customers do your staffs job and pay for it to is wild.

I HATE their drive thru. HATE IT. And unfortunately they did away with curbside pickup, so it's the only option now other than going inside. We used to come here daily, but no curbside pickup means we've cut back to maybe 1-2 times a week, and I expect us to cut back even more. Ordering online for the drive thru is pointless since there's no special drive thru lane. You're waiting in the people paying in cash and ordering right then, so you're stuck in a long line. There's 2 lanes that merge into one, meaning at least one person tries to cut you off and merge first. The main problem is the wait in the drive thru and being stuck in it. Then exiting the drive thru at an angle is dangerous since there's cars coming in every direction. Prices have gotten out of hand, almost to the point of being absurd. We can eat cheaper dine-in at an actual sit-down restaurant. Why would we want to pay more to sit in a long drive thru line? Staff are friendly. Food is usually great. Sometimes fries are overcooked and sometimes grilled chicken sandwiches have black gunk from the grill not being cleaned often enough. Them taking away curbside pickup has brought them down from 5 stars to 3 stars; and made them no longer my favorite restaurant. Too much of a hassle to sit in a drive thru lane. I'll go to some other restaurant that still has curbside pickup instead, not here.
