He was attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. He noticed we were celebrating my son’s birthday and surprised him with a special gift and hat, which absolutely made his day. Every single time we walk in, it feels like everything is just on point—from the food to the service to the overall atmosphere. But what really makes this location special is the people. Hector has made our family feel like absolute celebrities every time we visit. He goes above and beyond in a way that is so genuine and kind. My four-year-old daughter truly considers him one of her best friends. She even includes him in our prayers! When it’s ice cream time, he’ll take her back and she always comes back with a hat, a sticker, and the biggest smile on her face. We feel so lucky to have this Chick-fil-A in our lives. It’s more than just a place to eat. It’s a place that consistently shows kindness, care, and community. We are so blessed by this location and the people who work here.
