  I love Chick-fil-A, their food is good and their service is phenomenal. They are pretty quick for as busy as they stay. They seem to have a process for getting things together and getting them to the correct vehicles.

  The location off of Memorial Road was not as busy around 1:00 Saturday afternoon. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

  Our family wanted to take a moment to give a special shout out to Eithen at this Chick-fil-A location. We’ve always loved Chick-fil-A, the staff here is consistently kind and efficient, but Eithen truly stands out as one of a kind. We already frequented Chick-fil-A, usually visiting once or twice a month, but we never had a preferred location at least not until we met Eithen. From our very first interaction, we were incredibly impressed by his hospitality. He warmly welcomed every guest, kept the dining area tidy, and created an inviting atmosphere. As a family with two neurodivergent children, simple outings like this can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, Eithen made a meaningful difference in our experience. He was not only attentive and professional, but he also took the time to engage with each of our children as individuals, making them feel comfortable and included. We made sure to thank him and asked how long he had been working there, he told us just two weeks! We were genuinely surprised, as his level of service reflected someone with extensive experience specifically within Chick-fil-A. We had actually assumed he was in a top leadership role or had been trained and developed within the company for quite some time. While he clearly brings valuable experience from elsewhere, the way he carries himself truly embodies what we’ve always thought of as the Chick-fil-A standard. Because of him, we now visit this location almost every Friday, it’s quickly becoming a family tradition. He has even remembered my husband’s name, which for some may or may not be a little embarrassing, but it truly shows how much he cares about his guests. In fact, today we were running errands next door the other location south on Rockwell, but we chose to drive a few extra miles just to come to this one because of Eithen. Whatever you do, make sure you keep him around, he is a true asset to your team.

  Horribly rude, been coming here after youth group for years and now they close early and were very rude about it. Needless to say we won't be going back, amazing as they are losing a lot of business from just our large group alone.
