  So I was there yesterday and it was super busy. But what can I say about Jody he calm cool and still had a sense of humor about it all. Come to find out he works at another location so I will go see him there

  I pick-up or have food delivered from here. It's absolutely delicious, healthy, and fresh. It's the build-your-own style, similar to places like Chipotle, Subway, or Teriyaki Madness (but Mediterranean.) I highly recommend. And when you come back try something different.

  Went in there today after a 2 hour drive just for Cava. The system was down. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, everyone in front of me received their meal for free, once it was my turn I had to wait another 7 minutes after my bowl was made for the second IT call to be completed. After paying for my meal, the worker threw my bowls into the bag. Upon telling him that the action was rude, he asked if it spilled. I said no but you threw my food in the bag, he shrugged it off and did not apologize. Truly disappointed and disgusted at the behavior today.

  Only 4 stars on food because the veggies were a little too salty but I ate them anyway. And when we got there they were out of some food items. Otherwise the food was good. Also, I think more pita bread should come with the bowls. I got one piece but my husband didn't get any.

  I eat at this location all the time and i’ve never had any problems besides them running out of everything by 9pm. i came around 9:10pm on Sunday night and a guy named Josh was rushing me and stating a bunch of things i’ve never heard before like an up charge for sauce and being very stingy with everything. me andy moms bowl was very dry, even tho i asked for more sauce and rushing me, irritated me because no one else was in there but me. Josh needs to work on his customer service skills or get a new job.
