  The store can be empty yet every time I visit here my pickup order is at least 15 minutes behind. Just stood and watched three employees walk in circles. They also seem to do this thing where they will start couple of pick up orders simultaneously yet will only place them on the shelf or hand to customers once the entire group is complete, effectively making the entire group wait. Gave them 3 tries but I’ll be using another location.

  It's always a good day when I get to visit this Cava! Specifically when Tee and this sweet African American man (I cannot remember his name😭). They both always greets me with a smile and are patient with me when I'm deciding what I want to put in my bowl. They actually act like they want to be there instead of just waiting to be off work. Tee helped me today, and she was just the sweetest. They make this location my favorite!

  Rennie served us at the checkout and she was fabulous! The cook line was amazing as well, attentive and welcoming. They prepared our food with skill and attention to detail! I will definitely be back!

  Jay, was the most helpful and kind worker I could have asked for! He saw that the menu confused me and he jumped in to help, he gave great recommendations and was incredibly patient even though the line was long. I’ll come back, because of him!
