  I was really hoping for a good experience for our first visit to the 16301 Ironstone Pl location, but the customer service was nonexistent. Upon walking in, three different employees walked past us without a single word regarding seating. What made it worse was that multiple employees were on the floor, including a manager, and not one person acknowledged us. We are reasonable people and never mind waiting when necessary, but being completely ignored is incredibly unprofessional. It left such an unpleasant taste in our mouths that we just walked out. We definitely won’t be back.

  We had a smash burger(best i ever had) and a chicken sandwich ,good but to plain. Service was a little slow with only one waitress in the bar area. We will definitely go back! We ordered wings to go for dinner and was not disappointed!

  Ordered $200 worth of food to be delivered. No southwest sauce to go with the onion rings and fried pickles. They got the wrong sauces on the wrong wings. The onion ring quantity was laughable. I’m finding a new wing place. So done with this location. And it wasn’t the delivery persons doing. When I go in to pick up an order, SOMETHING is ALWAYS missing and I have to go back in and get it.

  Called with a question the manager had placed me on him she was very nice then a guy answered said he was the manager his name was Alonzo proceeded to ask him a question and he got agitated and said you didn’t hear me the first time and started going off and was freaking out cause he’s had a stressful day asked for the company number he said call Nick tomorrow and hung up the phone. How professional is it for a manager to act like a child throwing a tantrum why a great way to represent a company an employee could not speak that way to a customer and we have a so called manager being ignorant and irate

  This place has the worst chicken, I started ordering here because it’s closer to where I stay and at first I noticed the wings were so small, dry and bland, I thought it was just a bad day, decided to give a second try, same thing happened, since I like to give people grace, I refused to leave any review yet. I gave it sometime and ordered again yesterday and it was so bad, still very tiny and dry, the guy with the fro hair was very rude, he had such a nasty attitude and it was at this point I was like I needed to leave this comment. I can’t be getting bad food and also a bad attitude from y’all. If you want to order wings I would advise you look elsewhere unless you don’t mind their dry, tiny wings that taste like a 2 day old chicken.
