I will start by saying that the he customer service was HORRIBLE! I ordered through the app, so that my pickup order would be ready when we arrived. We were a party of 2, so it wasn’t a big order. When we arrived, we were informed that our order wasn’t ready, so we had a seat and waited. According to the app, the store completed our order 6 minutes after the order was placed, but we waited for a total of 22 minutes to receive our order.
While waiting for our order, the girls purposely ignored me standing at the counter for 5 minutes. I finally asked if I could at least get my cup to fill my drink while I was waiting for my order.
Once we received our order, my fries were soggy, and the tomato on my chicken sandwich was very small. I also did not receive the ketchup packets that I asked for on the app. I brought my sandwich up to the counter and asked for another tomato because my tomato was small. Once again, I was ignored by the main 2 girls helping people at the counter. Finally, another lady came to help me, even though she had a broom and dust pan in one hand and handled my sandwich and ketchup packets with the other hand. Regardless, I appreciated her effort.
The cook explained that the sandwiches are only supposed to have 1 tomato on them. One of the other girls told him to just give me another one because I was trippin. The girls did eye rolls, whispers, and exchanged looks whenever I came to the counter.
Then, I noticed that my cup had some small scratches at the bottom of it, and it was leaking just a little from a very small puncture mark. I took my cup to the counter to show them and ask for a replacement, and the girls ignored me once again. One of the girls looked at the other as she was apparently going on break or getting off work, and they snickered at each other as she walked by me. The other girl continued to ignore me. Finally, the manager, who I had spoken with before, saw me standing there, and he helped me. I explained to him that I was dissatisfied with the customer service. He apologized and said that he would speak to the girls.
I ran out of ketchup when I was halfway finished with my fries, but I did not ask for more ketchup in fear of how I would be handled for asking for something once again. I also really wanted to ask for another carton to put my chicken tenders in to take them home, because we had used part off the top of the box to put ketchup on, but once again, I held my breath and took the chicken home in a box with no top.
If you value good customer service, you may want to skip eating here. It was a very disappointing experience. Oh, and we also had to wipe the booth seats ourselves at the table we sat at to eat. There were greasy handprints all over them.
