    Everything was dirty; from the drink station to the booths to the floor to the kiosk screens. Mac and cheese was dry with no flavor. The fries were soggy and extremely salty. The lemonade was not good. Our order was incorrect. We ordered the chicken sandwich meal and didn't receive it. Ordered a biscuit with icing, received a biscuit with no icing. We didn't receive the sauces that we asked for. The customer service was terrible. This was our first time trying and was super disappointed. Disappointing and a waste of money.

    I came from North Carolina and I must say Oklahoma has not put respect on Bojangles name. They need to get some North Carolinans to come in and show them how to make there buttery biscuits what they are famous for and How to properly marinate and fried those chicken filets and supreme aka as chicken tenders. I'm highly disappointed in all areas. Ive told everybody about how great Bojangles is and now I feel like I gotta eat my words. Please get some seasoned Professional from the Carolinas to show Okc the proper way to do it!!! I had such high hopes but very disappointed on all levels. Biscuits dry and hard fries cold fries rice to mushy and can go on and on. S M H

    I was excited to get a Bojangles in our area because I had eaten here while traveling in the southern states. A friend and I drove 2 hours just to eat here. It was worth the drive! Although this Bojangles does not have bone-in chicken or mashed potatoes (and that came as a disappointment), I tried the strips for the first time and they were delicious--crunchy and so flavorful! Of course, when you go to Bojangles you must try the Bo-berry biscuits. You can even watch them making the biscuits if you dine inside. Our cashier was so sweet and helpful too. A great fast food experience. Bojangles is NOT just another chicken joint--a must try. Oh and the ice tea is perfection too!

    My first time experience being here and honestly I don't know how this place expects anyone to order from their drive-thru and actually gain business. The menu is a confusing mess with items scattered everywhere, multiple electronic screens that only display a portion of the food at a time, and no clear organization on how to order any of the food. Some items were not even on the board which of course is the one item I wanted. Note: I did ask and they said it's not listed but they have it. By the time I figured out what I wanted, I was already feeling extremely frustrated and quite frankly not even in the mood to even eat What made the experience even worse was the staff. They had a double checkout line and kept bouncing back and forth and not realizing who they are serving. When I get to the window they didn't know what order I had and had no indication of even caring. Also the drive thru intercom was by far the worst part of it since I was unable to hear the worker which I blame that even more. They were unclear and to be frank the workers are not be to blame for this but I'm still upset about it. Also the fact that condiments were not offered at all was off putting since by the time I got home and I realized it the potatoes were that much not as tasty. That being said the condiments is my fault as well for not asking. The Bo-tato was made fairly okay but was bland again my fault for not asking for condiments. The lemonade was NOT drinkable and honestly was thrown away. I also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, it was overcooked like the fryer never cooked a chicken before.. It was over done. The Mac and cheese was the only saving grace but even then it did not save the experience as a whole. A drive-thru should be quick and easy, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. If your menu is confusing, the least you can do is have staff who are willing to help with equipment that ACTUALLY works. Unfortunately, this place failed on both counts. Literally my first and last time being there.

    I will start by saying that the he customer service was HORRIBLE! I ordered through the app, so that my pickup order would be ready when we arrived. We were a party of 2, so it wasn’t a big order. When we arrived, we were informed that our order wasn’t ready, so we had a seat and waited. According to the app, the store completed our order 6 minutes after the order was placed, but we waited for a total of 22 minutes to receive our order. While waiting for our order, the girls purposely ignored me standing at the counter for 5 minutes. I finally asked if I could at least get my cup to fill my drink while I was waiting for my order. Once we received our order, my fries were soggy, and the tomato on my chicken sandwich was very small. I also did not receive the ketchup packets that I asked for on the app. I brought my sandwich up to the counter and asked for another tomato because my tomato was small. Once again, I was ignored by the main 2 girls helping people at the counter. Finally, another lady came to help me, even though she had a broom and dust pan in one hand and handled my sandwich and ketchup packets with the other hand. Regardless, I appreciated her effort. The cook explained that the sandwiches are only supposed to have 1 tomato on them. One of the other girls told him to just give me another one because I was trippin. The girls did eye rolls, whispers, and exchanged looks whenever I came to the counter. Then, I noticed that my cup had some small scratches at the bottom of it, and it was leaking just a little from a very small puncture mark. I took my cup to the counter to show them and ask for a replacement, and the girls ignored me once again. One of the girls looked at the other as she was apparently going on break or getting off work, and they snickered at each other as she walked by me. The other girl continued to ignore me. Finally, the manager, who I had spoken with before, saw me standing there, and he helped me. I explained to him that I was dissatisfied with the customer service. He apologized and said that he would speak to the girls. I ran out of ketchup when I was halfway finished with my fries, but I did not ask for more ketchup in fear of how I would be handled for asking for something once again. I also really wanted to ask for another carton to put my chicken tenders in to take them home, because we had used part off the top of the box to put ketchup on, but once again, I held my breath and took the chicken home in a box with no top. If you value good customer service, you may want to skip eating here. It was a very disappointing experience. Oh, and we also had to wipe the booth seats ourselves at the table we sat at to eat. There were greasy handprints all over them.
