I try my best to not leave bad reviews but today was just unacceptable. I went inside and ordered one Bo Berry Shake. I saw they were kind of busy so I was okay with waiting. Once I saw people getting their orders when they showed up after me, I started to get worried but I still tried to be patient. After a while the guy at the counter asked what I had and I told him. He said okay and went back to what he was doing. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer it would take and the guy behind the counter asked someone to make it. That person said it was broken, and he told them it wasn't. Then the shake was made within seconds and left on the counter without a word on if it was mine or not. It was an absolute waste of my time and money and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Typical fast food experience and it’s why I don’t eat fast food often. Cane’s is a few dollars more and across the street, so I’ll just go there next time because they always get it right at every location. They also practice good safety. They were a little busy, but I am a General Manager for a food establishment, and my people don’t forget things off people’s orders. They double check the ticket, the screen and the bag. They also don’t mark the order as “done” before it’s done. I came in because it said it was done and still waited another 10 mins. I paid for extra sauce, didn’t get it. Bo Berry biscuits were burnt and flat. The fries were half the portion they were supposed to be, and that was because the manager working in the front ran out and asked the person in the back for a scoop. Instead of just making fresh fries so there was a full portion, she sent it out like that. Not cool. The worst part is that the manager (I’m assuming, it was a blonde lady in a polo) had her phone go off and stuck her hand in her butt pocket, picked up her phone, declined the call, and then went back to touching food with the same gloves. I’m sorry, but that’s nasty. Again, I run a food establishment (with a perfect health dept score and Steritech score) and I’ve written people up for not changing their gloves after touching something other than food. If you touch your phone, wash your hands and change your gloves. Or at least just change your gloves. I just went to a Bojangles attached to a gas station on my way back from Denver in Colorado. The food was 1000x better, they didn’t forget my sauce, the portions were right, and their biscuits were amazing. That’s what made me visit this one (never had Bojangles before that first visit). Hopefully the other location they’re opening up is going to have a better leadership team in the building. Ones that lead by example and practice food safety and QC.

My husband and I pulled up to try this place for the first time and when ordering we asked the employee that was taking our order through drive thru if it came with a drink and she had the nerve to say “no it only comes with a shake” when we asked her if she was being sarcastic she proceeded to say “yess I was” and we asked to have someone else take our order as that employee made the whole experience uncomfortable. They took forever to have someone else take our order. The worse experience ever! This happened at 7:55pm on 8.17.26!! Customer service is TRASSHHHHH!

Despite the mixed reviews I thought I’d still give this place a try, and I don’t think it’s worth the 20 minute drive it took to get here simply for the fact that the drive through took way longer. Bo-Wait there’s more after waiting nearly an hour in line and finally getting my order I received a half filled side of dirty rice with no spoon! Which is unacceptable and I would have much rather been told they’re out than to pay full price and get ripped off. However, the was decent and the customer service was okay just be prepared to wait.

I've been a longtime fan of Bojangle's Fried Chicken and Biscuits. I grew up in the Carolinas and was happy to see them expanding outside of the South , but unfortunately the new locations and most West of the Mississippi don't have BONED-IN FRIED CHICKEN ! Most of us are not looking for another place to get Chicken Tenders from. Also not the full menu , Cajun Chicken Biscuit in the South , Regular Chicken Biscuit in the new places. Some new places have the Country Ham Biscuit and others don't. Of course no Cheerwine soda in the new ones either. Most people like myself don't like these changes. Now for this location. I've been to several Bojangle's over the years in several different states. This is the most unorganized and busy location I've ever been too. They have more staff than I've ever seen at a location and still it was chaos ! Of course when they first opened in April it was super busy and I didn't visit till today because of that. It's also the only location in the state of Oklahoma. My son and his wife came in a month or so ago thought the drive thru and when they got home we were missing 4 Bo-Berry Cookies and a Chicken Biscuit from the order. When his wife tried to call several times , no one answered the phone. I recently was in Clarksville , Arkansas and went to one there and they were on top of everything and they had Boned-In Chicken. I came in just before the lunch crowd , but that soon changed. I was going to order on the kiosk , but I wanted a Side of Gravy to go with my Sausage and Egg Biscuit , but I couldn't order it on the kiosk or the App. So I went to the register and waited to be helped. I was pretty much ignored till I finally stopped one of the employees and was told I will be with you in a minute while she continued to fill orders for the Drive-thru. A few minutes went by and she came to help me. She spoke so soft and it was noisy I could hardly hear her and I let her know I couldn't understand her. She was not at all pleasant or Southern Hospitality that I'm used to in most Bojangle's. I ordered for Dine-In. I got a seat and the tables were clean , but the floors could've used a light sweeping. I waited and waited and saw lots of people get their orders and Doordash and App orders being picked up as well as the Drive-thru. I almost finished my soda and went to the counter to look up at the order screen. I was 3rd , so okay almost filled. Nope , I noticed orders behind mine being filled before mine , so not in order on the screen. About 7 more orders went out till I got mine and she put it in a bag to go instead of a tray for dine in. She then tells me they have no Jalapeno Ranch which I paid extra for and had to get a Regular Ranch instead. While I was waiting I saw her tell an employee several times about a special order chicken sandwich and he kept asking what ? She told him about 5 times or more put Bacon on it ! I got a Sausage , Egg , and Cheese Biscuit , Bo-Rounds , a Side of Gravy for my Biscuit and Ranch ( not the Jalapeno Ranch I wanted ) for my Bo-Rounds and Mt Dew. Everything was cooked right and good. Before I finished my Breakfast I ordered on the App a To Go Order of a Family Sized Dirty Rice and 6 Bo-Cookies. After I finished I threw away my trash and sat down for a while watching the To Go Orders to be put on the Shelf. There was only one on it and then one more. Mine still wasn't filled and it had been a while , so I went up to the registered and asked about it. My ticket was printed out and over to the far side. She went ahead and did my order putting the 6 cookies in the bag first and the family size dirty rice on top of the cookies. I immediately took it out so it wouldn't crush the cookies. I was courteous the whole time with them saying yes Ma'am and Thank You , but they were unhappy and not really courteous back. Nothing like another famous Carolina chicken restaurant that I don't have to name. I'll still be back one day again for breakfast , probably earlier to try to beat the rush in a couple months.
