When I pulled in, I noticed we were the only ones there. Let them know we were there to pickup an order. I was told to pull up by the red rails. Which I thought was odd, because no one was there. So this was an order that was placed online and paid for, the app said it would be ready in 6 minutes, we showed up in 8 minutes, and then waited another 10 minutes. 2 things come to mind, first off, with no one there, the order should have been ready when we got there, and second thing, a call in order should NEVER be wrong! EVER!! I ordered a shake as a large and got a medium, and, another drink was a large when it should have been a medium, So I let that go without making a scene, when they brought the order out they had a guy with drinks, and another with the food. the drink guy didn't say a word, chest handed me the drink carrier and went on, the guy with the food was trying to be intimidating by saying all the normal stuff, not nicely, but sternly and rude like. After all these years of getting Arby's, I've made my mind up, never ever again, they just lost my business forever!! always something wrong on a order and I'm just fed up!
