  Double charges me and didnt explain what was happening until they charged me twice. Claimed they refunded it but they didnt. I had to call my bank. Just terrible customer service and food. I wont be back

  My husband (disabled 3 tour war vet) just moved to the Lincoln Blvd Okc area. We decided to ride the motorcycle down to 3628 N. Lincoln Blvd OKc location, we parked the bike went to the door on the parking lot south side and the door was locked the Arby’s sign said closing time was 9 pm . It was way before 9 , but looking further down there was a little sign that said FOR SECURITY PURPOSES THIS DOOR IS LOCKED AT 5pm. ENTER THE LOBBY USING THE NORTH DOOR. So we walk all the way around to the North door and it was locked as well! The Drive thru window was open so I asked the young man if they were closed !?! He replied you will have use the drive thru window, I explained that we were on a motorcycle and the sign said they close at 9pm. He said well that’s just how it is we close our lobby everyday at 5. I said well ok so we ordered , while we were standing on the drive thru looking like a couple of homeless people, I explained that this was very uncomfortable and inconvenient to say the least. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years so I know full and well that sometimes you have to throw out the olive branch and try to make your customers happy or at least where they will come back. So I said do you have any coupons or maybe a free drink , shake or something for our inconvenience and he said what kind to you want I said heck 2 of your small jomocha shakes would be great. He said No that’s the way it goes, he did not have on a name tag and refuse to tell me the managers name because I said there should be a sign somewhere that says lobby closes at 5 because we looked it up on line before leaving the house and it says closes at 9 period. He said no he can’t do anything about it either!! Needless to say I don’t see us ever visiting there again!! And the food was NOT anything like we e got at other locations!!

  This is the third time we've arrived at 11:15am and they aren't open. Chairs still on the lobby tables, not even trying to be ready by 11.
