  The drive through was great. I could hear them and they could hear me. Awesome service in a quick timely manner.

  Wow. So we orderd 12 sandwitches, they took forever. We paid, went through the line, got asked to pull forward, then the person behind us got their order, then finally we get ours. Over 25 minutes. We got a separate bag for sauce; cool. Cheese sauce... odd, we ordered 8 of the sandwitches with chees; maybe it's separate now. No appology for the wait. No question of what sauces we want. In a rush, we should have checked then, anyway we got out the lot before realizing we had no arby's sauce! Turned around, went in, asked for sauce. Lady gives me 8 packets, said "this is all I'm allowed to give". I said "Miss, I just ordered 12 full-size sandwitches, surely I can have more". She had to check with her manager! He was mad about it! *what* He said something like "fine, I guess we'll be out tomorrow". This guy literally told his people not to offer sauce nor include it for fear of running out. Now I'm late for an appointment because of his incompetence. BTW they eventually gave us a grand total of 12 arby's sauce packets! You can check my reviews; I'm not a petty person. This was just beyond ridiculous. Arby's: people don't want to eat dry sandwitches, and they don't want to be treated like trash when they have to ask for what they paid for in the first place.

  Absolutely the worst. I had a delivery french dip sub and roast beef sandwhich. Well get the sub with no auju and sandwhich was smashed like a pancake the bread was hard. The potato wedges were cold and very tough to bite into.

  The master sandwich that I ordered on the website. When I called, it kept going straight to voicemail. I called over thirty times. I contacted doordash to see if there was something that they can do, and they could only give me $6 back on a $40 order. When it was delivered it was missing all except for 2 items which were still wrong. They refused to fix it.
