    I went in to order my food. They walked past me multiple times and refused to take my order. Will not be returning to this location. This happened 10 minutes. It's supposed to be fast food.

    The lady in the window was really rude and not friendly I wouldn't recommend her for a customer service position

    Very clean franchise. My Brisket Bowl was good and fresh. My daughter had a flaw in her order that was quickly remedied. Good manager/owner. Good experience overall. Eat here.

    I ordered from your store 12 Rose beef sandwiches and the staff at the drive through said he could only sell 8 at a time, and when I got up to the window, I was told that if I hadn't ordered arby sauce earlier in the drive through that you wouldn't give it to me. Something's not right.
