  I love this Arby's. However, today we waited 15 minutes for 2 meals. Not that they weren't done. They just didn't put them in the online order pick up. Please put items where they are supposed to be. If someone ends up going through drive-thru, it is easy for you to grab it from the order pick-up location and give it to them.

  Lovely experience here with excellent service from Alistar. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. Best experience I have had with fast food recently

  Initially came here a few weeks ago for the fish sandwich meal for my mother and asked for extra tarter sauce. Got home, fish was dry. Called and spoke to the manager Antwan. He said he would replace and just let whomever know when I came back. I asked if he was going to put my name down, not sure he did. Fast forward a week and a half later, adv drive thru that I spoke with Antwanand that he approved a replacement, got to window speaking with Alliston and he refused to replace, wouldn't go check to see if my name was written down cause "the desk isn't clean" and said I could had easily got Antwans name off the door/bldg. Are you kidding me. First off, I always go through the drive thru cause my mother is handicapped, who has time to go searching for a managers name?? Terrible service...

  Just went thru the drive thru and bought over 60 dollars worth of food. I ordered a half pound meal. Literally the first thing I ordered. Got to the drive thru window and they repeated it back. Had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes. The guy that eventually brought our food out repeated it again. Got the food home. Opened the bags. Half pound sandwich is missing… One of the HEAVIEST sandwiches they make, and no one noticed it wasn’t in the bag after repeating the order to me twice and carrying the food out to me. Arby’s may have the meats, but they sure didn’t give any to me.
