  The rudest employee I have ever encountered at any 7 Brew. I will absolutely stop at Scooters or Dutch Bros before Ever going to the location on May ave in OKC. Normally at 7 Brew in Alabama,Arkansas, Florida,Louisiana,Texas & previously at this 7 Brew I open my straw & hand the paper back to employee. I’m usually in a convertible and I don’t want it to blow out. This employee at May ave store was arrogant & rude. When I asked her to please take my straw wrapper we don’t take outside trash. Technically it’s not outside trash you just handed me a wrapped straw. They don’t mind at any other location. Well where are you from? I replied Texas. Her response “ well you aren’t in Texas ARE YOU “ then stormed off. The next 4 days of my trip I visited Scooters coffee twice a day & had pleasant banter as I waited my cup of sunshine. I have too many options to choose a location with bad employees. I feel bad for little miss negativity and I hope she finds a different job as customer service is not her strong suit. Employees really do make the experience.

  I requested light ice and this is what they gave me. Be mindful. I purchased 2 and one had light ice. The cashier/csr said they will need to up charge me if they remove the ice on this one, which evidently not light ice. I’ve order this so many times. Do you think this is light ice? Am I missing something?

  Gave me straight milk, had my mom taste it. Straight milk. Has done this more than once 🫩 I’d like some coffee with my cream yk

  generally good coffee come here very frequently - at least 3 times a week and i’ve noticed there’s never once been someone taking orders in the drive through. they only take your order at the table where you pay even if they’re busy so it’s usually a long wait.
