  Let me tell you this anytime I pull up to this place. These workers are always smiling no matter rain or shine. They are so friendly and kind. Until you work in customer service, you have no idea what they have to deal with. I was having a bad day this morning at work and I’ve ordered my coffee ahead in the app. And when I got there, I was just a jumbled frustration, and when the lady asked me how I was doing, I almost cried. I apologize to her and told her it’s been a morning at work, she scanned my phone and without me, even having to say anything, she double cup my drink how I love it! They pay attention to the little things! I’ve never had an issue with this location. They are very kind and sweet! Even from car to car how long the line can be sometimes even in the hot weather and rain! They always have a smile and cheery attitude!

  Took a bit longer to get ny friend's decaf drink. It was something about the brew time. My drink was quick and had excellent flavor.

  They need better training for their new girls. It took them 25 minutes to get me one drink this morning!!! Slow lazy I even told them that I had to get going because I work with oral surgeons and they’re waiting on me to get to work still did not hurry They have a new girl that’s only working one side of the line. I watched 20 cars go beside me as I sat there without order not even taken yet. This is not normal for a seven brew. This is an embarrassment to the name. Then to top it off, they don’t even do anything to make it right What happened to customer service thank you for ruining my day

  Love going to 7 bro they have amazing coffee but this location is not the best. I have gone through four different locations I have gone to Norman Yukon Northwest OKC on Portland and on Britton Road. this location has bad service. There was two long lines I was the fourth one and the exterior line. Instead of the girls going to take their orders they stopped at one vehicle which I think everybody knew that person because they were talking to her they took forever to come to the next car to take orders there was two cars that pulled in after me on the the other lane and they got their drinks before I did they got their orders taken before me a very disappointed with this location.
