  I recently was there oct 10 and found my car stuck in a queue with 2 cars in front and 2 behind. I had a simple order of a "large coffee with cream". The attendant immediately said, "we don't have cream". I was quite puzzled with the reply and found myself repeatedly saying "coffee with cream". He had to go and ask for help from someone else. I thought that maybe the location was out of cream, so I said milk would be fine. He looked completely clueless and had to go ask for help again. I was completely exasperated by the total incompetence in taking a very simple order, and really wanted to just get out of line but I couldn't. The attendant came back and asked me how many scoops of cream I wanted. Scoops? Now they seemed to have cream and I guess it's measured in scoops? I eventually got a dark coffee which was totally lackluster. I think better training is needed for its staff as they seem to have no knowledge of what they are selling.

  I love this location except that they aren’t fully staffed in the mornings! 😩😩The lines get extremely long and the wait is crazy!!!!! It should be all hands on deck for the morning rush hour!

  SHERI IS THE BEST, she has great patience every day. I have a hard time deciding a drink every time so I let her guide me and she’s never led me wrong. I’ll be back just cause of her! Whole crew is great though, don’t get me wrong!

  I waited over an hour to be told someone didn't plug in the iPad so they couldn't take cash. Then when another worker came to take the cash she threw my change at me. For me to continue to wait for my order. They served several cars that came after me. Very bad service and organization today.

  Never coming back to this location. Horribly slow service. We got stuck in the lane that was barely moving. The line was wrapped around the building and into adjoining parking lots and cars that were far behind us surpassed us because they got a lane going at a reasonable pace. A Karen was able to go around the line of single file cars right where the two lanes started and cut everyone, and none of the workers said anything. We sat. in line. for 40 minutes with no way to leave because they have concrete and cones blocking off any exit lanes. At least at other locations, when there is a car holding up a line, the employees working the line will walk to the other cars and give them their drinks. Not us. And after all that nonsense, they gave my mother an iced drink when she ordered a hot one. We didn’t bother correcting them bc we were so done and just wanted to get on with what was supposed to be a fun mother-daughter day.
