  There was a girl on the left that gave us our drinks, she was very rude, saying how we didn’t tip and how our other volleyball girls didn’t tip. We are all in high school and we had a game so we all went in separate cars. She said she was joking but she clearly wasn’t she was very rude and had major attitude and saying how it’s not professional to not tip.

  I came to this 7 brew told the girl my drink 3 times and she still got it wrong. Some other people came from my volleyball team and the girl taking the order said “oh you’re not going to tip either.” This is very unprofessional to expect tips from every car and even comment on it.

  Serve safe violations one after another. Leaving customers drinks unattended for minutes then refuses to remake drink and when I ask for a shift lead, they fabricate a story before their boss gets to the vehicle. When I showed video of drinks melting in sun and cross contamination, she finally remade my drink and handed it directly to me as required by 7 brew! GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION WITH FLU SEASON COMING !!!!

  My husband asked if they made dirty sodas and she said not really, they put cream in any soda. Well then he got a fruit roll up drink and it had floaties in it!!! Then for me I got the cinnamon roll blended drink and they tried to give me an iced cinnamon roll. I told her that the blended was what I ordered in the first place. So since she messed up she said that she was going to refund me for the drink. Now to get a refund they charged me 2x’s and said it would come back on my card…… MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE!!!! I won’t be back. The blended drink was so watery too! Just so you guys know that it’s been a whole month since I went there and I still never got my refund!! Terrible customer service especially coming from a Manager (myself) for many restaurants over the years… Training definitely needs to be done thoroughly!
