  Probably the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. The waitress was in a bad mood from the moment we walked in the door. She took forever on getting out anything and was rude when we tried to remind her. She never refilled our drinks even though we all had empty glasses from the first time she took our food order. She also forgot part of our order even after asking where it was more than once. On top of the horrible service, the wings were very dry, and took over an hour to receive. I would have just walked out if I wasn't with my family. I used to like BWW but it has really gone downhill. I'll never come back to this location.

  This place is an absolute disaster. Ordered takeout and they forgot a side, then sent half my wings completely dry because they were out of sauce but couldn’t be bothered to inform me or offer a replacement. Drove all the way back, waited forty-five excruciating minutes, and the manager’s only response was basically ‘yeah we should’ve told you.’ They also overcharged me on tax. This location is run by incompetent people who clearly don’t care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.”

  Here for the thunder playoff game. They have balloons up that are blocking the view of the TVs. I asked them to move them, not take them down, but they refused. One of the servers removed it temporarily but several others came over and put it back up. I asked if they could just move it like two feet over so it didn't block anyone's views, they refused but sent a manager over. I asked the same of her and she said she couldn't move it because her boss put it there with tape. When I pointed out it was only Scotch tape and I was just asking her to move it a couple feet she refused. I gave up and accepted it but it was just crazy that they were so resistant to letting a customer enjoy the playoff game. It seemed like a non issue that they turned into something. Stupid really. Shelly's not getting a tip.

  Just regular, simple food… The thing is, we had a bad experience because of a racial situation. Since we’re Latino, we were treated poorly compared to the locals 💩😒

  Food was cold and when brought to cook attention I heard him say what is wrong with it. I did not get anything from else from the kitchen after that. Horrible experience. I left starving
