- BLBetsy Lynn5 days ago1.0Update: Logan never gave me the refund. They said they would remake my food if I drove back to the restaurant. However, the burger was the only thing they replaced, and only after they accused me of ordering it wrong. I explained that I order my cheeseburgers plain and dry every single time. One of their own employees even spoke up and confirmed that is exactly how I always order. When I drove off and realized the fries were missing from the bag, I called them back. The employee asked, Why would I replace your fries when the burger was the only thing that was wrong? after I had already driven all the way back there. Then, he actually wanted me to turn around and drive back a second time. By this time, I was incredibly frustrated and told them I just wanted an effing refund. I ended up throwing all of it in the trash.

The actual food did not disappoint either! I had a turkey sandwich combo with green beans. Oh my! Soooo good! My wife had a pulled pork sandwich combo with curly fries. She emptied her plate and was so satisfied as well. If we are near a Vans when looking to eat somewhere, this is a guaranteed easy decision to come back!
