Ordered a single corn dog IN ADVANCE on the app. The app was glitching so I had to push the red button on the kiosk twice and had to wait 3 minutes for someone to answer. Then it took another 10 minutes just to get my corn dog lukewarm. Mind you It was not busy so there is no excuse as to why it should have taken so long for an order with a single item that should have been ready by the time I got there.
Placed an order weeks ago for pickup, sat outside 30 minutes calling and calling, no one came out. Went to drive thru they handed me a bag with old food. Today I decided to order delivery. Order 2 burgers, a corn dog, and grilled cheese. Took over 40 minutes, got cold food, asked for no ketchup due to a ketchup allergy. Got ketchup on both burgers. Called customer service, waited on hold for almost 20 minutes, finally speak to someone who was argumentative, and rude, and then told me upper management would call me back. No offer to reorder, no offer to replace, so I sit at work hungry and out over $20 and can't even eat what I ordered or I WILL DIE! They don't care one bit. Sonic is garbage fo elsewhere. Absolute waste if my time and money for zero resolution. I will be filing a charge back with my credit card. Don't ever waste your time here. The manager sucks. The employees suck. The customer service sucks. The food sucks. Sonic absolutely sucks.
Surprisingly, this place can be a lot slower than other fast food restaurants. This particular location is tough to get out of when driving, especially turning left. Stick to getting drinks at Sonic and food somewhere else.

Over 30 minute wait for 2 ice creams and a hot dog. Didn’t answer the phone when I called twice. And they weren’t even busy, less than 4 other customers the whole time.
Went to Sonic on Porter on Thursday, April 2 and placed an order totaling about $51. I had my newborn with me, and he started getting very fussy, so I had to leave. I called the store to cancel, no answer. Tried canceling through the app, it didn’t work. I then called corporate and was told I would be refunded. Perfect!
Only thing is now it’s Monday, April 6 and I still haven’t received any update, email, or refund.
I called the store today and spoke with someone named Luis, who said he was the manager. He was rude and unprofessional, saying he’s “not the online system” and doesn’t know how to refund me, and that there’s nothing he can do. He became aggressive even though I was calm and polite.
I simply just want my money back for food I never received. $50+ is a lot to spend and get nothing, and it feels like no one is willing to help. Would not recommend this location.
