  This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to! I ordered through the app at the stall. They were not busy at all! It took them almost 20 minutes to get my food out to me. Then the order was completely wrong. The kid took the food back to fix it. After about another 10 minutes I hit the button and asked them how much longer it would be. I was told at least another 12-15 minutes! I asked if she was the Manager and she said she was and that her name was Cassidy. I politely told her I would be late to work and couldn't wait any longer. She told me that wasn't her problem! She was very rude after I had been waiting now about 30 minutes! So, I said just keep it and give me my money back. She said she couldn't because she didn't control the app!!! She was incredibly rude! I drove off after having waited 30 minutes for a simple order! No refund! No food! Just a woman named Cassidy being very rude to me! I'm calling Sonic Corporate tomorrow to try to get my money back. This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to! Avoid at all costs! The one on 24th is much better and I've never had any issues there.

  I ordered two drinks. I was the only car in drive through it took less than 2 mins. I always get great service an everyone is always so polite.

  Food was fresh my tots had the perfect amount of saltiness to them burger was perfectly cooked nice atmosphere staff are friendly and quick huge on how fast they got me my food compared to other sonics hands down best sonic in okc

  Best Sonic in Norman. They got part of my order wrong but quickly fixed it. Food was fresh and delish.

  by far the worst sonic in Norman. I’ve given them multiple tries and every time it fails. Ordered my daughter some tater tots and they were hard as a rock, every single tater tot.
