  We stopped there, bought two pretzels and a cup of ice, and it was there at least twenty minutes.Then, ordered an ice cream, which they said they would bring it with our order.And didn't, so we added another ten minutes, and then I drove poor service

  Ordered on the app. Bun is hard as a rock. Got a small popcorn chicken when I ordered a medium. Asked for light ice in my drink and got a cup full of ice. Called the manager to let him know (wasn’t asking for anything free) he just made up excuses the whole time. Thanks for the trashy food but what did I expect it’s sonic lol.

  They got my drink wrong and at the end of the conversation I was literally told by some bumpy faced girl with a nasty attitude, “Oh well. It’s not my problem. I don’t take the orders.” And I see from some of the other comments, it’s a regular thing with this chic. There are too many other places to get food so why come here and put up with that BS? If you want food faster, order in the app. They serve 5 people in the app order lanes while serving 1 in the regular pull up lanes.

  The only thing I ordered was a corndog, and I asked for it to be cooked well done. A minute later a carhop comes out, which let me know that they didn’t listen to the request to be well done. And when I asked her if there were mustard in the bag, she said“I don’t know. I’m just a car hop. I don’t make the food” 🙄 umm ok
