  I left negative reviews for two other Sonics in Norman so I thought I’d shout out the best Sonic in Norman! Service is always fast and friendly, I come here at least once per day sometimes twice.

  Stopped by Sonic late at night and had one of those little customer service moments that really sticks with you. The young man working there, a sweet young guy with glasses, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was super friendly, polite, helpful, and had such a genuinely kind attitude that you could tell he actually cared about doing a good job. My food came out hot and fresh, and he made sure I had every condiment I needed instead of just handing me the bag and disappearing into the night. 😂 What really stood out to me was how appreciative he was when I gave him a tip. You would have thought I handed him the winning lottery ticket! 😂 His reaction was so genuine and sweet, and it honestly made me glad I tipped him. Good customer service is getting harder to find sometimes, especially late at night when everybody is tired and ready to go home, but this young man was still out there being professional, pleasant, and making sure everything was right. Sonic, please keep employees like him around because that kind of attitude is exactly what keeps customers coming back. Hot food, fresh food, great service, and a young man who clearly understood the assignment! 👏😂

  The staff was amazing! We were caught up talking and forgot to pay with the card. The server was so polite about the misunderstanding and had a laugh. The star of the show though omg the food... This is what sonic should be. The best sonic in Oklahoma

  We stopped there, bought two pretzels and a cup of ice, and it was there at least twenty minutes.Then, ordered an ice cream, which they said they would bring it with our order.And didn't, so we added another ten minutes, and then I drove poor service
