  So I’m not one to make reviews about places but omg!! The last 3 times I’ve came here they’ve messed up my drinks by giving me Diet Coke instead of regular. That’s okay, people make mistakes, I just ask politely to get correct drink, go on my way all good. But today it happened again, I go do the same thing I’ve done every time, just politely ask for the correct drink, but this time when I get my new drink, it has with a hole in it, right on the lip of the cup, under the lid, and it spills all over me when I tried to take a sip. I think it’s an accident as well, but when I get home and I pour my drink in a new cup, I see styrofoam pieces floating in my cup, almost like they stabbed the cup all the way through before giving it to me. Will not be returning here, you’re better off going to the one on 24th

  The food quality at my local Sonic is just horrendous. A few days ago I ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken was so overcooked you couldn’t hardly bite into it and then whatever oil they’re using is so old the breading tasted disgusting so one bite in and I threw it away. Went back today and got a kids burger and some groovy fries. The bottom bun was hard as a rock like stale or overcooked, and the groovy fries were disgusting. They were overcooked, and the oil was nasty. I used to enjoy Sonic from back in the day when I was in high school and it’s just continually gotten worse and worse over the years I will not be frequenting them again.

  Visited for a quick dinner late after work at around 10 pm. Waited 15 minutes. My order was correct so we drove off. Got home to sit down and eat, tater tots were ROCK hard. My husband's coney dog was cold as though it wasn't even on the grill. Asked for tomatoes on it and recieved half a slice on the very end of the hotdog. I ordered a super sonic burrito and had lettuce all in it and 1 jalapeño and barely any egg. This was disappointing. I know it's later at night but we could still care how we prepare the food. I also tried calling but it's automated saying ..."im sorry but were not taking calls at the moment." I wasn't about to drive 20 min back.

  Very disappointing experience. The fries were dark, greasy, and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The chicken bites were also very dark and overcooked, making me question whether the frying oil had been changed. The burger was just as bad. The beef patty was dry, tough, and lacked flavor. It tasted overcooked, and the bun was flattened and unappetizing. Overall, the food did not taste fresh. Management needs to take food quality seriously by using fresh cooking oil, preparing burgers properly, and serving fresh, hot food. I expected much better and won't be returning unless the quality improves. The fresh refresh drink looked fruity but tasted entirely of water. What is wrong with you?

  The stall #3 speaker and screen do not work. A carhop had to come and take my order on a piece of paper. Sonic spent significant money to remodel this location and removed several stall menus for the mobile order application. it’s a shame to see them neglecting maintenance.
