  Missing half my order. Other half was cold and icecream was melted. You would think if you order $65 worth of food it would right.

  This was a call in. I will get the basics out of the way. 1. The food was hot and fresh. 2. Food was ready on time. 3. Food was prepared properly and assembled neatly. Now for beyond the basic. There is a young man working there,Maddox. He is an excellent employee, very professional,very courteous and very very friendly and personable!! He takes pride in his work, values you as a customer and genuinely strives to ensure you are happy and well taken care of!! Hats off to the restaurant and double hats off to Maddox!!

  Literally me and my friends went here no one else was here got a drink paid no carbonation so we went back and Raven the night manager said thats your problem not mine

  Everytime I get food from here my order is wrong, if I ask for extra on my burger or whatever they are happy to charge for it but refuse to actually put it on... if I ask for no ice in my drink they ignore it. WORST SONIC AROUND

  We've been coming to this Sonic for about four months after moving to the area and unfortunately we've had issues with our order almost every visit. The staff has always been friendly and the quality of the food itself meets expectations, but items are frequently missing or incorrect. We've had forgotten sides multiple times, special instructions (like no onions) ignored even though its listed on the receipt, and even received completely different burgers than what we ordered. Mistakes happen, but after 15+ visits this feels like a recurring quality control issue rather than an occasional accident. We'd love to keep coming here because the food is good, but it would really help if someone took an extra 10 seconds to verify each order before it's handed out.
