  At a good location. They got my food completely wrong but replaced it with the right food after I had to call them back. Tasted good

  I waited over 40 minutes for one drink that I ordered ahead through the app and picked up in the drive-through. The staff remained friendly, despite angry customers, which I appreciate and understand as a fellow food service employee. They need to be provided with ample support and proper management to avoid holdups like this. Customers shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for small orders and employees shouldn’t have to deal with screaming customers just because they’re understaffed and in need of better resources.

  This sonic is very slow. They take ridiculously long to get orders out. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue or what, but the last few times I've come here I've been waiting nearly 25 minutes past when my order should have been ready. I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service.
