- EMEthan MitchellMay 12, 20262.0I'm not mad, just disappointed. I came in for dinner when they were empty for a quesadilla and a burrito. Had no issues with the burrito and was made quite quickly. However when it came to the quesadilla everything was going just fine until the (asumming) team lead went to take it off the hot plate and dropped it onto the dirty counter. I slightly turned my head to see what she would do if she thought I wasnt paying attention. Unfortunately she tried to glance back at me without me noticing and decided to pick it up and place it with the rest of the food. I didn't mean to yell, but I did say to her I saw what she did and would like them to remake my food. Again they were quite quick and I only had to wait a couple more minutes. I recommending now to anyone coming here to watch your food closely. This location was my favorite here in norman, but unfortunately after witnessing the character of the employee I'm not sure if I will return anytime soon

- APAlex PrivettApr 20, 20261.0I have been going to qdoba for years on a regular basis. Last year, I stopped eating at qdoba after 4 bad experiences in a row. I went today to try it out again, hoping the issues had been resolved, only to find things had gotten worse. Prices went up by about 15%, while quantity and quality went significantly down. I got nachos, and the chips were so salty I couldn't eat more than a couple bites, I asked for new chips, and the staff refused. The chips I did receive was in a much smaller bag than what they did in the past, and would have only gotten through about 1/3rd of all of the dip that I paid for. And they got rid of a lot of their drink selection. I used to go about every other week, I will not be eating here again. I am very disappointed, Qdoba used to be a good place to eat, and it has gone very downhill and isn't stopping.

Currently 8:30p and the employee working the register is the same one answering the phone and delivering the pickup to the customers waiting. We're being told "is not ready, it'll be out." This "multi-tasking" isn't working well. Several customers have been waiting an hour already and with no estimated time for their food. Will not be returning.
