Pizza was 15 minutes late, missing a topping, and had a piece that was clearly from another pizza as it was about two inches shorter than the rest of the pie (from a medium, instead of my large). None of this was a big problem until two staff members, including the manager, lied to me by telling me "that piece just fell over." Crazy to lie to your customers, bye forever.
