Because not only is the manager one hell of a guy, but also an amazing pizza chef! When DC makes his famous Papa John's pizzas people come from far, and wide! Not only for his food, but for his huge heart. He takes service just as serious as everything else. Cause he knows what's up with his customers, and he knows the customer is always right!! Before DC came into town Papas was the saddest pizza shop in town. But he totally fixed the complete atmosphere, where new and repeat customers are draw in!

Monitoring the website, from the time the pizza said it was "on its way", 35 minutes transpired and the pizza took 1 hour and 18 minutes from order to final delivery. Albiet, the pizza was less than stellar as it was soggy and luke warm. Definitely won't be wasting another $40 here to get less than quality pizza and a snails pace along with a wasted tip for service.

I have ordered them the same way for the last 20 years. But I have never had a pizza th I s bad in my life. It wasn't that the toppings that were on it were bad, but the fact that there were literally a minimum of 2 inches of crust with absolutely nothing on it! No cheese, no sauce, nothing. And the crust didn't even rise.
