Monitoring the website, from the time the pizza said it was "on its way", 35 minutes transpired and the pizza took 1 hour and 18 minutes from order to final delivery. Albiet, the pizza was less than stellar as it was soggy and luke warm. Definitely won't be wasting another $40 here to get less than quality pizza and a snails pace along with a wasted tip for service.

I have ordered them the same way for the last 20 years. But I have never had a pizza th I s bad in my life. It wasn't that the toppings that were on it were bad, but the fact that there were literally a minimum of 2 inches of crust with absolutely nothing on it! No cheese, no sauce, nothing. And the crust didn't even rise.

The sauce and cheese and crust were barely basic as always. The toppings were good, but a couple of the pizzas didn’t have as much as we’re used to. If I would ever get the personal pan pizzas again I would get extra sauce and cheese and see if there was an alternative to the crust they gave us. Will be back but not for that personal pan pizza I reckon.
