I never had an unwrapped sandwich and now I'm hooked. I got the Italian in the lettuce.

I placed an order on 6/27/2026 @ 421 pm I placed my order on the app. Came inside to pick my order up. They can’t find it then the manager comes out and says well you did it for Sunday came out with attitude not acceptable on any level not my fault that your app messed up then I think you do this intentionally and make my sandwhich wrong!! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch it had been messed up. But don’t be rude to your customers! No one deserves the attitude at all!! Bad business! Especially if you are in management.

Jimmy John’s always frustrates me a little because I usually order the Ham and Cheese Slim with no onion, lettuce, or tomato. It is a very simple order, but if I want to add red wine vinegar, they make me order the Pepe instead, which costs more. That really does not make much sense since I am basically asking for a plain sandwich with one added topping, not a more expensive sandwich. The food itself is good, but the way the menu is set up can be unnecessarily annoying. It seems like adding something as simple as red wine vinegar to a basic sandwich should not force you into ordering a different sandwich altogether at a higher price. It just feels more complicated than it needs to be. Overall, Jimmy John’s is fine, but little things like that make the ordering process more frustrating than it should be.
