They allowed a group of six teenage girls to hijack the entire operation for more than 20 minutes with their stupid coffee order. And they just stood there serving the drive-through window while the entire inside store was backed up to filling every aisle. I’ll drive to South Oklahoma City from now on.

Yes, it’s only a couple of cents however, it’s not right to charge someone more because of you’re inadequacy as a business. The staff was rude when making this point. Long wait time and during happy hour hours no discount was given. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at H2O Tea and I am not impressed.
