  Went to DQ 1.5 hours before close. I was first in line at drive thru. Wait time was 10 min. The fries were cold and dry, tenders just taste like Tyson’s from the grocery store, gravy was watery, and 4 piece tender meal doesn’t come with a drink. Then I saw a worker (teenager with colored hair) eat a fry from a customer’s bag with her bare hands. Maybe it was her own meal. I can not say for sure. Just stating what I saw. Maybe I mistook the situation, but that’s what it looked like. Maybe it was an off day and they were short staffed. Food: hot items not good at all. Ice cream was good.

  This particular location has become a joke. They had at least 4 people working, could have been more but that's what I saw from the drive thru. It took 3 minutes to answer the speaker to take an order of 2 small blizzards. Drove to the windows for pick up. After 8 minutes watching people walk back and forth talking to each other, the cars behind me started piling up since they weren't being waited on either, we just decided to leave and go to a different ice cream establishment. And no, there were no customers inside the store. What a shame.

  This girl that works here by herself needs a raise. She was rocking and rolling though. All by herself. She needs to be promoted right now. Give her legs a rest.

  This location needs some help. Today, it took me about a half hour just to get my online pickup order from the drive thru and there were only 2 cars in front of me that had already ordered and were at the pickup window. By the time I got my small order, the line was wrapped around the building and people were visibly frustrated. I also didn’t receive the large fries I ordered, only medium, and got gravy with my chicken instead of honey mustard.

  They lock the doors at 9PM, 30 minutes before they even close the store. I didn’t have a choice if I wanted to go in or use the drive thru, as they literally just ignored me standing there like I wasn’t even there. Literally looked past me as if I was invisible!!! Then as I got into the drive thru line (reluctantly) I sat there STUCK for over 30 minutes waiting my turn in line. The line nailed along barely moving, I’m not sure what was taking so incredibly long that it would take over 30 minutes for me to get through the line but that’s what happened. So ridiculous that the service here is so incredibly bad.
