  Didn’t have any food at 12:40 on a Saturday. This is absurd how they don’t have more that 3 workers. Not even the workers fault.

  This was such a horrid experience. I waited for a app order, that was pre-ordered, in the pickup line for over 30 minutes. There was no way to back out because I had cars in front and behind me it was so frustrating. And the food when I finally got the pre-ordered food that was supposed to be ready, was cold and Soggy. There wasn't even an apology for how long they took. The person literally just said what's the name and just looked at me when I told them that I've been waiting for over 30 minutes with no absolutely no apology. Because of Chipotle my other order from a different restaurant was extremely late picking up. But the difference is that they actually remade my order so it wouldn't be cold, I didn't even ask them to do that they just did. What's horrible is that I'm regular at this particular Chipotle that's usually always empty, but for whatever reason it was extremely busy today but now I just have a sour taste in my mouth from Chipotle. OMG they forgot my guacamole 😔

  Returning after nearly a decade, this was easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. Despite six employees on duty and only four occupied tables, every empty table was covered in food debris. On the line, ingredients were completely depleted—our bowls were hastily scraped from empty containers to serve under-portioned meals. To top it off, paying nearly $3 extra for guacamole on a subpar bowl feels unreasonable, especially when competitors like Qdoba include it for free. Seeing a fully staffed team ignore basic cleanliness and prep shows a total failure of management. I won't be back.

  Every table dirty at 2:45 in the afternoon, no forks (I asked for one they were out of forks) and they charged me for something I didn’t request and it wasn’t on my bowl I had made and they didn’t refund the item and the manager said she made it and I asked for it, which I did not. I asked for a fork and a table to be cleaned off for me. They put my food in a to go bag but did not ask if it was for here or to go. They are also supposed to tell you if a menu item cost extra which they did not. If I had thought of it I would have taken pics of the dirty tables. The food was an ok temperature, it tasted ok, I got a bowl, but it is expensive

  Let's see...19 one-star reviews(now 20 one-star reviews). When you do the math that equates to just under a 50% approval rating. I have been writing Google reviews for some time now and if any reading would like to look at all my reviews you will quickly determine that I only write well deserved one-star reviews. This all begsn when my wife tried to order a family for some friends having a funeral. You cannot order a family meal inside, you have to order that on the app. She downloads the app. My wife is a vegan ordered on the Chipotle app and picked her order up at the drive through. The portions sucked...halh a cup of rice, a quarter cup of beans, and a ridiculous amount of lettuce. And the portions in the bowl were what a kids meal would look like. When my wife asked the young lady at the window if she could also get a drink, the same young lady had the deer in the headlights look and said that she would have to ask her manager. Are you serious? You can only pick things up at the window.The high school kids at Qdoba down the street can do this with no difficulty. Somebody at Chipotle needs to read this and contact me.
