  First time going to this new store. The food was ok at the best. The staff was friendly and nice I give them 5 stars. However every table in the restaurant was dirty. The trash was overflowing in the lobby and there was no napkins stocked. I will go back but this store really needs some strong management in place to correct the issues.

  The fact that the store was already ill prepared was frustrating but I made do since I had already waited 20 minutes in line. I got home and made a mini burrito from my bowl w a tortilla, first it was cold since they had placed all the meats, rice and beans outside from the line then the steak was literally raw! I eat there often enough and never had a meal like this from them. The meat was purple and just inedible after I had already bit into it. This location needs to do better truly, that’s a safety hazard???

  Woman making the food had 0 customer service, she would make eye contact and just look away, woman from the back had to come help her because she was taking her time. Portions were small. The biggest issue was the guy cleaning the prep station, he was bare handed, wiping counters and everything, putting the towel he was cleaning with IN THE TRASH CAN, touching bag and sides, and continuing to wipe the station down, all while touching everything , seasoning, cooking utensils and handles to everything without sanitation, or wearing gloves… Staff needs training before you get people sick or worse…. Will update on any food born illness I contract from this..

  I love chipotle and was so excited about a closer location. But unfortunately I have been here twice and both times it was a let down. Smallest meat portion I have ever gotten. Dry meat. Crunchy rice. Under seasoned and no flavor. It just costs too much for such underwhelming food. The first visit they were missing more then half of the food options because of a power outage and I thought they would give more of what they did have of at least a small discount but the employees seem to be very obtuse when it comes to customer service.
