    We finally get a great Chipotle! We hadn't gone to one in years since moving to Oklahoma and we live 30 minutes away from the ones in Norman. This location is worth the drive. The ones in Maryland make tiny bowls compared to these guys. Thank you for making us crave Chipotle again and I swear you guys put Crack in the guac!!

    Ordered through Chipotle’s actual website and their third party driver brought the wrong order to our house and I tried to call them to get the matter corrected and they literally refuse to speak to you and handle it, they will not correct it. I will NEVER eat Chipotle in person or order anything from them EVER AGAIN. WHAT A JOKE!!! Guess there is a reason you already are rated 3 Stars when you have only been open a couple months. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. Customer service is total GARBAGEz keep driving and go to Qdoba down the road! And let’s add how EXPENSIVE and over priced the food is on top of it. Just don’t bother eating here. Saved you time and money and horrible customer servicez

    I don’t understand why specifically closing time at 11:00 pm but get mad if arrive 30 minutes before close and get attitude from the employees

    My first few experiences weren’t what I was expecting after all of the hype. I was reading reviews to see if I was alone and nope. I can attest to the condescending guy inside AND at the drive through. Same rude guy same experience on two separate occasions. I don’t even want to go back inside again because of the employees. On a side note, way too much cilantro !!

    I’ve followed the app time to pickup food through their curbside, and it was cold/luke warm each time. I arrived earlier this time (which I know puts me at fault), the food was hot and great, but the man at the drive thru was condescending, impatient, and talked over me adamant I show up later. I’ve also never had anyone behind me in the curbside pickup lane so to my fault didn’t think much of it beforehand. I also have a limited lunch break so ordering inside isn’t a great option on my part when the app is available. I wish I could’ve explained the situation, but was overlooked each time I tried as he just HR voiced me and moved on. I’ve caught employees at different restaurants on bad days (and they deserve patience and kindness on those days), but they’ve never been so unkind, and didn’t let it out on any customer to that extent. I don’t expect excessive gold treatment, but some decency and not feel belittled like just another transaction. I’m not mad, but very saddened. I know I’m at fault, but I don’t think it deserves the unkindness. I know I’m just one person, but I can’t return to here, despite how much I looked forward to this location opening. I’ve sat on posting this or not to think it through, and I think this is the first negative review I’ve ever given. I apologize to the other employees doing their best and trying to provide a great experience. I hope this doesn’t reflect on the whole team, as this was an experience with one person, and I do recognize I was at fault from the start.
