  We can in 2 hours before closing. I asked for a chicken bowl and they stated they had no chicken left, or rice or corn. I asked if they’d make more and I could wait and they said no. They had food in the bins and were spraying chemicals on the prep table directly next to the food. You could visually see sooo much of the cleaning product spraying INTO the food. I turned around and walked out in shock! I’m not sure how any employee could be so oblivious to the fact you shouldn’t spray cleaning chemicals on food. We use to go to Chipotle 1-2 times a week in Utah. Now that we live here I will not go again after this experience at this location.

  Very mediocre experience this location. 1. Small meat portion. Also, guy in front of me got a vegetarian burrito and the amount of fajita veggies given was less than the amount my usual locations give me in a bowl or burrito AFTER meat. 2. Server spilled the guac while dumping it onto my salad and just wiped it off service table and laughed to coworker rather than adding more for the spillage. 3. Cashier charged people before me for my meal on top of their bill and then I waited for about 5 minutes while they sat at the register because it seemed like no one in the restaurant new how to void or correct a problematic transaction which is concerning… 4. Price is just as much as when I eat in Southern California where I’m from and the costs for analogous restaurants here are cheaper. 5. Restaurant was out of ice (which wasn’t a primary remark even in 95 degree weather), but doesn’t help anything Food was still what I expect from Chipotle, hence 4 stars on food and not a one star, but this location needs to get it together

  This Chipotle is pretty good; the service is quick, and the place is clean. If you go to a Chipotle in Norman, go to this one.

  Ordered a kids meal online. Ready quickly but no diet soda options on the dispenser when I went to pick up the order.

  I have been a loyal customer of this Chipotle and typically eat here at least once a week. The food and staff have always been great. My concern is with the groups that regularly set up tables outside the entrance. While many of these organizations support worthwhile causes, I am frequently approached as I enter or leave the restaurant. After multiple interactions, it has become uncomfortable and makes what should be a simple lunch pickup feel stressful and awkward. I fully respect their right to promote their causes, but customers should also be able to enter and exit without feeling pressured or guilty for declining to engage. Unfortunately, it has reached the point where I genuinely dread walking into the restaurant.
