- RMRedonda MurraySep 13, 20262.0I came all the way from Florida and somehow ended up enrolled at the Chipotle School of Rush ’Em Through, Don’t Smile, and Guard the Vegetables With Your Life. 😩 The only reason this visit is getting two stars is because a couple of employees at the beginning of the line were friendly, efficient, and actually seemed like they understood the assignment. After that? Baby, it went downhill faster than my appetite. The food looked dry, the vegetables were overcooked, and when I asked for more veggies because that’s one of my favorite parts, the employee reached in and gave me about three extra pieces like those vegetables were coming directly out of their paycheck. 😂 I’m thinking, ma’am, I asked for more veggies, not a vegetable donation. There was no hello, no smile, no “how are you,” no customer service energy whatsoever—just hurry up, move down, next! I’ve been to plenty of Chipotles in Florida and I’ve never felt like I was inconveniencing somebody just by ordering food. Fast service is one thing, but acting like the customers are holding up your whole day is another. A smile is free, a greeting is free, and a few extra fajita vegetables surely aren’t going to crash the stock market. Had a tip in my hand but that went back into my pocket. Also asked for a couple of vinaigrettes and cashier slid one in as if I could not see that. And couldnt even wrap my burrito all the way up. I was do e and no strenght left to asked again. This location needs a serious customer-service reset because right now the food isn’t the only thing coming across dry.

They were straight from the bag because they were ice cold, and I had just picked up my meal. There was only enough rice to cover the bottom of that little tray, just a spoonful of cheese, and just enough steak to cover the bottom. I called customer service and got it worked out, but please just be more consistent especially from Mobile Order pick ups.
