- KWKevin WilliamsSep 20, 20262.0the short version: certain individuals at this store need to pay better attention to what they're saying to each other in front of customers!! wouldn't be a big deal if she wasn't too focused on flirting with her coworker to do her job. so distracted by this guy that she called my name, put my order down far beyond the reach of any guest, and immediately turned around to ask homie if he thought she'd look good in some outfit. she couldn't hear me through the hearts floating around her head and I actually had to get the attention of someone else to come over and finish the handoff. I'm sorry but that example of unprofessional behavior is going to be hard to forget.

A lot of people use that Layne. Nobody uses the actual order at the drive-through lane. And the two lanes merge. Not really sure why they have two separate lanes. It saves no time. There is no way around the fact that you will be in line at Chick-fil-A for a long time.
- NNNoThanksSep 17, 20261.0DO NOT use the mobile app at this Chick-fil-A. It takes twice as long as ordering the old fashioned way! This store forces two drive through lanes to zipper merge to one for delivery at the window. Tonight I spent 22 minutes sitting in the longer mobile thru app line. People who drove up and ordered at the store got through twice as fast. When I finally received my order, I asked why the mobile thru app line was forced to merge with the other line. I was told by a teenage employee that this method was more efficient for them. Then I was told if I wasn't satisfied I could file a complaint! Wow! This store needs new management, some adult supervision, and to figure out how to run two drive through lanes. Once they figure that out, they should stop over-cooking the chicken.
