    hello i received my order today sometime after 9 i ordered the 20 wings + potato wedges , and a cookie with ice cream on top. DIDNT get my potato wedges, and didn’t receive any ice cream on top of cookie and at that my wings were small crunchy and dry.Also my cookie burnt had to dig in it. I’ve never received an order like this ever from here!!! Something needs to be done about this and even knowing that the bag is signed showing someone checked it and still signed there name this is unacceptable!

    Kaylen was super kind and very attentive always made sure I had drinks honestly I think she probably overflowed me with drinks LOL. My daughter also loved her split hair she told her and she told her it was magic made her experience very “ magical” for a buffalo visit 🤣

    Took forever to get a server to our table when our food arrived the wings were dry - not near as good as usual. No carrots and no celery!!!!???? What’s up with that?

    We have visited this location four times in a row for football and have had two different servers during those visits. Rosie has been wonderful, but unfortunately, both times we were seated with V, our experience was noticeably different. During our first visit with V, service was extremely inattentive. We regularly went 15–20 minutes without seeing her, and our food took more than 30 minutes to arrive and was barely warm when it did. Our dessert was brought out by someone else at the beginning of our meal rather than afterward. We were there to eat, have a few drinks, and watch football, but I had a difficult time even ordering another beer because I couldn't get our server's attention. At one point, I was literally scanning the restaurant trying to find her. What made that especially frustrating was that we could see V regularly attending to the larger parties in her section, checking tables after guests left, talking with other staff, and occasionally making eye contact with us without stopping by. I can't speak to why the service was different, but the difference was noticeable. We decided not to judge the restaurant based on one experience and came back. Unfortunately, on our most recent visit, we were seated with V again and had another disappointing experience. There were several problems with our order. My husband's Golden Fire wings were brought out as the promotional Vampire Slayer wings, and his fries were missing. I specifically ordered traditional bone-in wings and received boneless. Another employee brought the food to us, and the mistakes were eventually corrected. We also ordered the cookie skillet as the $4 dessert upgrade with the Pick 6. It was brought to the table without spoons, so our daughter eventually started eating it with a fork. When V came by about five minutes later, she noticed and asked about the spoons, then addressed it with the employee who had brought the dessert. Later, there was also confusion over the $4 upgrade when we received our check. When my husband questioned the charge, V told him, “That must not have been part of my training.” The manager ultimately removed the dessert from our bill entirely, which we appreciated and did not expect. What really sealed the experience for us was being brought takeout boxes before halftime. We come to BWW specifically to eat and watch football, and we didn't feel that we had indicated we were finished or ready to leave. I understand that restaurants get busy, food runners help one another, orders occasionally come out incorrectly, and employees can have gaps in their training. Any one of these things by itself wouldn't make me leave a negative review. What bothers me is that we've now had the same server twice and experienced the same overall feeling of being rushed or overlooked both times. We've had much better experiences here with Rosie, which is why I don't think this reflects the entire restaurant or staff. Management also handled our concern appropriately. Unfortunately, after two disappointing visits with V out of our four recent visits, we've decided that next football Sunday we'll make the drive to the Moore location instead. We enjoy BWW too much to keep playing waitress roulette. One other issue with this visit was our seating near the bar area. There was a noticeable cigarette/nicotine smell in that area that bothered both my husband and our daughter. Ironically, I'm the only nicotine smoker in our household, and I wasn't the one bothered by it. I'm not sure where the smell was coming from, but it was noticeable enough that they commented on it during our meal.

    I've been going to the Norman, OK location since it opened. Always enjoyed the boneless wings. Until today. Had a late lunch around 2:00 PM, ordered 10 boneless that were delivered quickly. They were very tough, hard to chew and difficult to cut with a knife. While attempting to cut one it flipped up an splattered me with sauce. Doubt that comes out of the shirt. I gave up after that. Worst ever! Either they had been sitting under a warmer for way too long or way over cooked. Sometimes you have to know when not to serve food like that. Next time I'll have them returned to the kitchen.
