  Every single time I come here to pick up a to go order I’m waiting well over time of when food is estimated to be ready and their excuse is always “we’re backed up” when there is literally no other customers in the whole establishment. Not to mention every time I get cheese fries the cheese is hard and inedible. I will never order here again. Sonic’s cheese fries are better than this and their fries + cheese are disgusting lol but never hard.

  If I had words to describe my experience here today, it would be awful. We waited almost 2 HOURS before we even saw our food, not only that, but the place has been empty the entire time. Now I can’t put it all on our server because he isn’t cooking but iv worked in food industry before, we are the biggest table here and should be top priority. Wings were room temp AT BEST, fries didn’t even come out until after we ate, beer wasn’t served for 45+ minutes. Ice melted, drinks were empty, tables sat uncleaned for 30+ minutes. When the manager asked if we were okay almost an hour and 35 minutes in we told her about the issue and she blew it off and had an attitude. I love Bdubs and came after my college graduation and this ruined it for me.

  Multiple times in a row that I've had more than a 10 minute wait from getting seated to even talking to a waiter/waitress. Food is what you'd expect, no better, no worse.

  Called in and ordered food for the family. Once I got home the fries where hard as rocks, cold, and unsalted! Had to get the family out at 8pm to drive back there and attempt to get my money. $14 on fries and they are hard enough to crack a tooth. Currently waiting to see if I will get my refund.

  Used to randomly go here but never could get into the sauces they offer. Just personal dislikes. The chicken is still good though. Burgers aren't too bad, just a little messy. The apps could be improved, VERY BASIC. Ordered mozzarella sticks, they were more breading because all the cheese left or went to one side + can not stay warm long enough. Overall definitely a go inside and eat place. Or just have a wing craving it won't hurt to go here.
