  I cheated on my regular coffee place because I had a coupon. They couldn't honor the coupon because the correct button wasn't added to their iPad. My drinks were also placed incorrectly. I'll stick to my little local, non corporate coffee place.

  Hi, I’ve never had such a bad 7brew experience. Usually everyone is so friendly, but not tonight. We pulled in 15 minutes before they closed and felt pressured to order and got told to “order within the next 4 minutes”. We proceeded to ask if they closed at 11 just to double check and she continued by saying “yes” so therefore we had 15 minutes before they closed. We were trying to figure out what we wanted and felt very pressured to leave. I hope the girl who helped us, gives better customer service to others bc we will not be returning to this location.
