- CFCora FolksJul 2, 20261.0There is absolutely no reason a guest should have to wait at the counter over 5mins before an employee notices them. 4 items missing between 3 meals. The employee handed me the order and I walked straight to a table to eat our meals. When I took the receipt back to the counter to tell them items were missing....I was told it was all there and they weren't giving the items....1 of the items was a burger!! They are more concerned about dancing and playing in the back than anything!! I did get my items of course because well, I paid for them and argued my point of course!! Lol. As we sit here eating, guests are walking in and lining up, nobody is acknowledging them!! Absolutely ridiculous!!
