  I work very close to this mcdonalds and stop by almost every morning for something to eat. They almost always know my order because they see me so often. This morning I downloaded the mcdonalds app and made an order for 3 things: 1 mcmuffin with egg, 1 mcmuffin no egg, 1 big breakfast. I got back to work and realized the mcmuffin with no egg was missing so i hopped in my car to go back down the road and was very nice to the employee on the speaker and told him that I was missing 1 mcmuffin, and he directed me to the 2nd window. I get to this window and (who im assuming is the manager) asked for my receipt but I didn't have one and this was my first time ever using the app so i handed them my phone and asked them to please help me find the proof of my order so i could get my missing item replaced, and they didn't know how. I even pulled up my bank account with my PENDING MCDONALDS CHARGE OF $25.00, the manager refused to fix it even tho i was being calm and kind to her, so at this point im crying and upset because she not only slammed the window, but refused to fix her own mess up and im now upset AND HUNGRY at 6 months pregnant. I went back around the building and ordered my missing item and paid for it a 2nd time because they refused to fix it. Every time I call and ask for the manager or her name they hang up on me. I am beyond angry with this.

  Ordered food through the kiosk and was told at the register that our order needed to be placed through the drive through.

  I ordered a double quarter pounder and it was completely raw. When I brought it to the counter the server was rude. When he brought me a new one he was rude and it was still raw. Don’t recommend this McDonalds will never go to this one again l. Unless you want salmonella, and degrading words when you don’t want to eat said RAW hamburgers, I would avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. If they’re serving raw food can you imagine how clean the kitchen really is…

  Seriously??!!! I’m thinking of documenting and saving proofs of every single time I miss something from my orders so I can ask for my money back ,cause I can now say that Macdonalds already owes me some of money , but this time it was ughhhh!!! (I’m so mad) ,on our way back to okc , we decided to stop and get some food besides our order took forever to get ready i got almost all of it wrong ,I ordered 4 strawberries cream pies, when I checked the bag of pies I saw 4 boxes of apple pies so I went back and asked if they can give me my strawberry pies but the lady at the counter assured me that they were strawberry pies just in a different box , I trusted her, and when it was time to eat it , guess what!! Two of them were apple and two strawberry , my husband ordered a mcchicken deal without mayonnaise and it came out without lettuce and lots of mayonnaise so I went back again and very politely asked if she can change it for one without mayonnaise, she grabbed it and gave me the right one but never apologized or anything like that , I never thought about checking our kiddos meals , when we were already on the road both of our kids opened their huntrix meals , none of the boxes had their frie’s salted mix nor the demon sauce or buffalo sauce they choose for their chickens but when you are hungry you have to eat what you have , ohh and their sprites tasted like carbonated water, thankfully I had a bottle of water ,so they had plane chicken nuggets with pure and healthy water . The only thing that came out good was my frappé, but it really made me so sad watching my kids eating the meals without any sauce especially when they waited for long time to try it out . Of course I’m not going to stop buying from Macdonalds cause we love their food , but my only advice is to check your bags before you leave the place.
