Once it was our turn to get our food from the line they had us pull into a spot. TEN cars went by before they brought our food (it wasn’t a big order, for four). They forgot one of the orders. I walked back into the store to ask for the sandwich and they wouldn’t just give it to me but made me wait even longer for the manager. This was the rudest manager I have ever experienced. Her own employee apologized to me for the experience. She REFUSED to give me the missing sandwich until I walked back to the other end of the parking lot past the drive thru where they asked me to park for my receipt. I told her absolutely not- I was sick, in huge hurry (we had Greg there 30 minutes at this point) and I asked her if she was insinuating that I was lying and she laughed at me. I went back to get the receipt, and then she gave me the missing food. I will NEVER go to this store again and will be contacting the operator it was that bad. No wonder they have such horrible reviews.

The attendant at the register apologized. It surprised me after explaining this was given after a recent visit. The experience was really poor.
