The food was really good, the customer service was really good as well. I want to give a shout out to the general manager Alex who was extremely kind and took the time to check on all the tables to check in and see how the food was and if we needed anything.I would definitely return to this location

A better manager than you

Spent $70 on a mobile order for a family of four. Picked it up and was not informed of them being out of mac & cheese, was not refunded and was not offered a replacement, even though they were aware of the shortage. Got home 10 minutes later and realized I didn’t have it so I headed back to the store and called them on the way. The manager, as he likes to call himself, but who possesses zero qualities of even a basic level manager, first asked me to make sure they didn’t give me the sandwich instead. They did not, and so he then decided to let me know they would not have macaroni and cheese in until Tuesday and I could come back then. I asked him what I was supposed to eat now and he told me I could take that up with corporate. Admittedly, I lost my temper and told him he could refund my money or he could have a replacement waiting for me when I arrived. I let him know what I thought of his managerial skills or lack of as well. He only proved my point further when not only was my remake not even started until I showed up. But he didn’t have the courage to apologize or even confront me. He went and hid in the office. The store manager was there as well and ignored the entire thing. No apologies whatsoever. To add insult to injury, on my replacement, all they added was meat and not any sauce or any of the extras that the $10 barbecue sandwich comes with. That tiny little excuse for a MANager just cost your store 4 more loyal customers. Absolutely pathetic. As if your sub par food was even worth what you charge. Seriously….
I am writing to share a concerning experience I had with an Arby's location regarding the treatment my husband and me received.
Two days before my visit, my 63-year-old husband went through the drive-thru and mistakenly ordered a Nacho Cheese Roast Beef instead of a Beef 'n Cheddar. According to my husband, the employee became frustrated, told him to "get out of my drive-thru," and called him immature. I was on the phone when he said it and asked my husband if he said what I thought he said and he said yes he me to get out of the drive-thru.
Two days later, I visited the restaurant to discuss the incident. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very understanding and polite employee. I asked to speak with the manager about what had happened. During our conversation, the manager stated that he did not hear the employee tell my husband to leave the drive-thru and suggested that the incident did not occur. However, I was on the phone with my husband at the time and personally heard the interaction.
The manager then offered to make us whatever food we wanted. The way this was presented made me feel as though he was simply trying to resolve the situation by giving us free food rather than addressing the issue itself. I informed him that I was not interested in purchasing anything and that I wanted the matter properly addressed. He then stated that he needed to return to serving other customers.
Afterward, the employee who had initially been helping me informed us that the individual who had spoken to my husband inappropriately had already been terminated. This information reassured me, as it appeared that action had been taken regarding the original incident.
Because the employee assisting us was so polite and professional, I decided to place an order. She kindly offered a 50% discount. At that point, the manager appeared upset that I chose to place the order through her rather than through him. He then accused me of being racist and claimed that I only wanted to order with her because he is Black.
I found this accusation completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unrelated to the situation. My decision to work with the employee was based solely on her respectful and courteous treatment of me throughout the interaction.

Workers are irritated your even ordering. Had me pull forward and wait almost 20 min. Then brought me out the wrong food. They are not even busy. Now I have to wait for them to make another order.

The chick taking orders at the window was so high she was nodding out and looked close to having a medical emergency. It was so bad I just pulled off and drove 17 minutes to a new location. Last time I try to give this one a chance.. hope the girl can get sober. It was rough.
