  When Whataburger came to Muskogee, we were so excited because we love Whataburger our new Whataburger was amazing when it opened !! We walked in there today at 4 o’clock stood in line for almost 10 minutes, and nobody can took our order went in the restroom to use the restroom. It was filthy Walked back out looked at the lobby. The lobby was filthy. Very disappointed used to love Whataburger. I just can’t eat at it in Muskogee anymore. This one looks like it’s doomed. Such poor management!!!

  Salad core chunks should not be on sandwiches. Fries were nasty too. Sry...I dont usually leave bad reviews but there was no care in making this meal.

  It's Whataburger !! What else can you say. It is a very clean location. The food is great. The staff was friendly. Reminds me of Texas.

  If I could give a zero I would.. Went in this location and tried to order a breakfast bowl ( sub hamburger patty) team leader tried to charge me full price for a patty which is 3.99 instead of the sub price because she say they changed the layout and she didn't know where the button was at.So to day I walked out with out breakfast

  I visited Whataburger on September 17, 2026, at approximately 10:00 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, there was a gentleman outside the restaurant smoking what appeared to be marijuana with a group of people. I have no issue with marijuana itself, but I do have an issue with someone apparently doing this while at their place of employment, especially outside a business where customers are coming and going. Once I went inside, the gentleman taking my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. I simply asked how much the meal cost, and his response was, “Hell, I don’t know. Just order it!” That was completely unnecessary and unacceptable customer service. Things got even worse when he became upset with a manager and began cussing at her. As a customer, I should not have to stand there and witness an employee speaking to management that way. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes the time to address this situation because this type of behavior reflects poorly on the entire restaurant.
