  FOOD SAFETY VIOLATION ​Severe food safety violation at the Sonic in Muskogee. After checking in at a stall for a mobile order and receiving no service, I walked over to the drive-thru window to retrieve it. While waiting outside the window, I observed the drive-thru worker preparing food without gloves. She touched multiple non-sanitized window and counter surfaces before handling hamburger patties directly with bare hands. ​Upon receiving my food, I notified the employee directly of the violation. She had just completed orders for two customers waiting behind me in the drive-thru line, so I alerted those patrons that their food had been prepared without gloves. Basic hygiene and cross-contamination protocols are not being enforced at this store. I will not return.

  I gave this location a second chance after a terrible visit two weeks ago, but it managed to be even worse. I placed an order on the app and arrived right at the scheduled pickup time. I checked in, and I’ve now been sitting outside for over 14 minutes past that time—more than 20 minutes total since ordering—with zero updates and no food. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience, and this location consistently fails at basic service. I won't be coming back.

  Waited over 10 mins at the speaker no answer. Drove around to a stall hit button waited so long it reset. Finally have to order at the drive through window get told we only got two people here so sorry. Ended up be an hour long trip all for a craving.

  Sonic on york has had its ups and downs but they always get it together and they have the amazing service there.. I love all the car hops🥰🥰

  This place doesn’t even deserve a one star! We ordered our food on the app at 6:50 pm and it said we would get our food at 7. We didn’t get our food until 7:50. 10/10 do not recommend!! Worse place ever! We sat at a stall for 20 minutes then had to go to the drive through and sat there for 30.
